Very well furnished, room is clean, and with care organised.
It is ideal for a long stay since it has everything you might need, even a small kitchen sink.
The only downside is hotel location, a bit far from residential area and next to the road.
In the evening it is quiet but during the day you hear the cars.
I strongly recommend this place.

The staff at Samutprakan Hotel are amazing. The hotel is clean and the price is good. It's a new hotel that has everything you need. The suites even have your own washing machine; kitchen area with microwave / kettle etc. 65” TV; safe; plenty of storage space and nice big bathrooms. Security on site; coffee shop and gym. What more could you want?!?

The hotel is perfect if you have a lay over or need a place close to Suvarnabhumi airport! It’s clean, spacious and has comfy beds. There is a free shuttle service that you can make use of and the staff is very friendly! I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The modern rooms are decorated in bright and comfortable colors. It is only 800 meters from BITEC Bangna. There is a Skywalk from the hotel to BITEC easily. It is also near the BTS Bangna station. There is a modern indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, Thai massage services, laundry and dry cleaning services for customers. The restaurant serves authentic Thai, Asian and European food. There is also a room service menu.

We have a trip to Samutprakarn for 2 nights , we select this hotel by not the location just convenient to drive to our destinations. We found that this hotel offer us more than expectations, the room is superb in amenities, good quality big size towel ,classy items , the facilities such as pool , hot bath tub , hot spa room are in good maintenance facilities.All staff are willing to service we can even request for printing documents.Good quality breakfast.Hope you will use this hotel once if you have a trip to Samutprakarn.

I like it. It's clean, has complete facilities, is next to 7-Eleven, just a few steps away. It's also near a large Lotus and many restaurants.

GGuest UserWe checked in late and were greeted by a delightful young woman who checked. Needed to pay 1000BHT as a cash deposit which I was unaware of before hand. Not a big deal at all but worth knowing to have the cash ready. Hooking into the wifi proved difficult and the codes supplied didn’t work but with the help of a gen-‘y‘er in our family we eventually got on.
Communication was a little difficult and we were unable to fully understand how to order our breakfast but understood they would bring it to our room. It was late and we were tired after 22 hours straight of travelling and so decided to just go with it.
Imagine our delight and surprise in the morning at nine am ( the time we had chosen), when there was a knock at the door and two ladies carried in a fully laid table with cooked breakfast; fresh cut fruit, juice, hot chocolate, pastries and toast!! So no need to worry about what they might choose for us. They make a mini buffet and leave the choosing to you!
Check out involved two new staff members, both of whom were warm and friendly, one of whom had excellent English. She gave us some help in how to say ‘thank you’ and ‘Suvarnabhumi’ (BKK airport) while we waited for the cab they called for us.
The air conditioners worked effectively, and the bathroom was clean and had hot water. There were no tea bags in the room but there was coffee, a kettle and bottled water! The room was spacious and clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to folk.

AApisamaiThe hotel is clean, the pillows are soft and comfortable to sleep in. The room is spacious and has many zones. You can play the piano, play games, and swim. The owner is lovely, polite, and very friendly. All the food is delicious. The music is beautiful and soft to the ears. You can listen to it over and over again. I will definitely visit again.

PPinkozxcCleanliness is good, but not the best. Think the bed sheets were not changed.... but it's too late to ask them to chang3 it... and it is very comfy, very pretty place to stay in. Quiet as well... in the corner.... and spacious enough to move around.
Amenities include fridge, microwave and some shampoo/soap with towels. As well as a shower cap and some cotton buds... and a sofa to chill at + a work table and chair too. Big open wardrobe to see your clothes better. But only 2 hangers. No Slippers or hairdryer or laundry service, unlike what's shared in trip.com. but service is good with very limited English. Across the road is 7 eleven and some food as well as a laundry service.... but very inconvenient for someone that doesn't speak Thai... sigh. 4/5 total. Would be great place to stay, if not for the linens... location is convenient too.

HHenry Omaga DiazThe place is quiet and ideal for a staycation. The room, while clean, lacks windows in the standard category. Despite this, the room is spacious. The receptionist is exceptionally kind, even surprising us with plants as souvenirs, though we had inquired about purchasing them due to the abundance of beautiful plants. Note that the toilet's exhaust fan is quite noisy. Overall, the place is pleasant, offering opportunities for a stroll. Breakfast is complimentary, and you have the option to borrow bikes if you wish to explore nearby areas.
