Loved our stay at here.
The hotel located close to the Kanazawa station, just about 7-10 minutes walk.
The staff are polite. The room is small, but very comfortable, the bed is firm, and I love the pajamas also.
I booked for 2adults and 1 child, Normally every hotel will prepare bath towel or can be requested for the child use but this staff talk aggressively that I have to pay for renting additional towel set for my kid because kid has stayed for free. My point is that the hotel has to inform the customers before they has started booking or charge for child stay liked other hotel. If the hotel recognized that customers has booked for 3 people, they has to prepare 3 sets of towels. The kids cannot take a bath without a towel. That is a pity thing that the hotel should not do and take action to the customer.
It has been an amazing stay for us. Location is close to the main station (less than 5 minutes walk). Room was clean and just enough size for us (2 adults and a toddler). Our room comes with breakfast buffet. The buffet spread is amazing. Lots of options to choose from. Will definitely stay with them again!
Great place, right next to Kanazawa Station. It's also very close to the shopping mall!
Some reviews say that you can hear the sound of trains passing by, which is true, but I don't think it affects my sleep. It's just a slight volume.
The only small drawback is that the single room is on the second floor, and you can smell the second-hand smoke from the smoking area on the first floor...
This was our second stay in a My Stay hotel in Japan and we were not disappointed. Right in the centre of Kanazawa with many bus stops nearby. The staff speaks English and explained everything clearly. Our room was basic but had all the amenities we needed: fridge, kettle, heating, hot water, towels and many toiletries.
The only downside is that some rooms like ours face the street which is a bit noisy at night.
Highly recommended.
The biggest advantage is that it is close to the station. You can see it from the east exit of Kanazawa Station, and you can also see the famous drum gate from the room. Needless to say, the service attitude is really good. I was able to check in even if I arrived ten minutes early. The room is not big but is the hygiene poor? The exterior work is quite good, but the waterproof curtain in the shower seemed to have mold spots. When I sat at the table at night, I looked up and saw a German cockroach crawling out of the wall behind the mirror. I did call the room when cleaning, but I was a bit careless. After cleaning, I forgot to give a disposable toothbrush (all other utensils were given except the toothbrush) and went downstairs to the front desk to ask for it. The bathtub is too small, with a design that is larger at one end and smaller at the other and the ceiling height is insufficient. The angle of the shower head is too vertical and cannot be adjusted, making bathing a bit difficult.
It was very clean! The refrigerator is a little weak, but it's fine for cooling drinks.
Cleaning is only available for 4 nights or more? It seems that you can't get it in unless you leave, but I didn't mind, and the towels were changed every day, which was nice.
It was nice that I could watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. in the room.
It is not my first time to visit the Dormy Inn chain with the onsen available in every hotel. As always, the room is spacious and clean, and the onsen has both indoor and outdoor bath. It is within 2 minutes walk from Kanazawa station with easy access. There are numerous washing machines (free of charge!) and dryers available, so you don’t have to queue for washing machines if you had a long trip and need your clothes to be washed. There is a wall of manga outside the onsen and washing area for killing time. I will definitely continue to choose Dormy Inn if available.
It is about a five-minute walk from the west exit of the train station. It is clean and economical. You can walk to Higashi Chaya Kenrokuen and the seafood market. There is a large supermarket on the second floor of the west exit of the train station. Food is discounted at night. There are buses to Shirakawa-go and Takayama at the No. 4 exit of the west exit bus station. It is very convenient to travel.
After arriving at Komatsu Station, exit the west exit and see the high-rise building across the road, which is the hotel🏨. There is no road leading directly to the front of the hotel. Walk a few dozen meters from the road on the right hand side of the hotel and turn left.
The room is not big but very clean. There is free coffee at the front desk. There is no breakfast but 2 breads are provided🍞. I found a restaurant not far away: Fish Fish Fish, which also has dishes other than fish, and the taste is good.

DDodoandrobinThe hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax. The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful.
If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again.
Thank you for your service and Goodluck.

YYuanzhongwuyingbuxierenKaga is so unpopular that the information on the Chinese website is very incomplete. I placed the order with trepidation. At that time, it was one of the few hotels with rooms available and a price per person. The hotel room pictures and information on Ctrip's page were actually very confusing, and the hotel's official website could not be opened in China. As a result, when I arrived in Kaga, I chatted with the owner of the cafe in the hot spring town. The owner said that this was definitely the right place to book and you will have a perfect day. Indeed! First of all, the room is at least 100 square meters, which is more spacious than many hotels with thousands of square meters per capita, and here it only costs 1000+ per capita
Secondly, the hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Yamashiro Onsen Souyu, and you can make an appointment in advance to pick up the station (free, Ctrip only writes that it is wrong to send the station). If you walk there by yourself, turn at Ye Duli and climb a small slope. There are signs along the way
Thirdly, the hotel service attitude is really good. The staff will wait for the corresponding guests at about the same time, and then accompany them all the way to the room. The hotel map is a little complicated, and the explanation is very clear. It will mark the restaurant, breakfast and dinner reservation time, and the time of sending the station, etc. The female general of Kaiseki will also try hard to introduce the ingredients of each dish to you in English. Even though it is mainly domestic tourists, I didn’t feel the discrimination or indifference to foreigners in some places
Finally, the hotel is in the forest, which is really a great environment. There is a corridor for walking, two hot springs, and you can sunbathe in the forest. The free rest area is at the entrance of the four-season corridor. Coffee and drinks are self-service. You can also sit in the hanging basket and stare at the forest waterfall (there may be more insects in summer, so be careful)
GGuest UserAll tourist places are nearby. They gave pajamas and 3 towels. On the second night - a second set! Friendly staff. Of the minuses - everyone is told from 10 to 14 to vacate the building for cleaning. If someone did not get enough sleep earlier (arrived, arrived late at night) - he is out of luck, you will not get enough sleep here in the morning. And there is practically no kitchen - only a microwave oven and hot / cold drinking water. Only the staff has access to the refrigerator (you can ask to put something in it), it is inconvenient to ask every time. There is no water in the ”kitchen” to wash (fruit, for example). There are no plates, cups, forks, spoons (choppers), which is also not always convenient. I will exchange pajamas for tea bags, as is customary in ordinary hostels:)))
MMan KinFirst of all, I have to mention checkin. Because I didn't look at the information carefully, I arrived at Neon Hotel about 9 pm. After I didn't know how to enter. Haocai met some guests and told us before I knew that I had to go to the Hotel Kanazawa next to the train station to do Checkin first. They will give you Neon Hotel's Access code . Enter the hotel and room.
The room is clean and tidy. The space is enough for 4 of us. It is comfortable. There is a washing machine in the room to wash clothes. Very convenient.
Hotel location is a bit difficult to find, but of course, it can be found by Google map god. There is no parking lot nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. The hotel is about 7 minutes from the train station. It is convenient.
KKel C.Very neat and clean place. The host Bungo was patient and detailed, provided recommendations to sightseeing spots and even helped me to reserve a visit that needed pre booking. I like his thoughtful touch of bookmarking the restaurants on the map and sharing them with guests.
The location was roughly 15min by foot to the station but it could also depend on the weather. Western showers available all hours and a private Japanese bath in the evening and nighttime slot. Close to the Omicho market and the castle park.
I tend to be someone that leaves behind something every place I go and they helped me to stop that. Thank you Bungo and the family!
KKel C.Hotel is in a great location, across from Omicho market, above a department store, nearby a bus stop and less than 15min by foot to the train station.
The room was adequate, a compact bathroom, simply had all necessities. I like the different pillow types, you can use the soft one, the firm one, or both! The towel was hand towel size but I think it’s efficient in a way, just perfect for the rack designed for it. I was comparing it to the bath mat and that was when I found a hair that didn’t belong to me.
The view out was nice, as was the lounge at the same floor as the front desk. It had free drinks like coffee, juice in the evening period.
