Hotel comfort. Recommended for travellers or couple.

The hotel is located near the pantai Makassar. You can get there by foot around 10-15 minutes. Around the vicinity, there are plenty of food stall especially Ikan bakar. The room where I stayed is spacious and clean with exception the towels are a little soiled. It's recommended for replacement to look more comfortable. The staff at the concierge are very friendly and professional. It's very reasonable for the value I have paid. I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel.

Hotel close to the hustle and bustle of the city center is very comfortable and the Netflix TV facilities are safe

A regular hotel if you go to Makassar.. Cheap hotel, clean, has a swimming pool, strategic location, easy to find food, Indomaret points, Circle K are close.. ATM is close.. Price is around 200 cm.. Great

Need better pest control. In the room I stayed, I observed some german cockroaches (blatella germanica) that coming out from under the bed, in the bathroom, and around work table area, especially in the nighttime. Apparently I also found one tomcat just before check out earlier.

Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room 5012: Comfortable bed, stunning balcony view, great air-conditioning, smooth WiFi connection. Amenities: There's a meeting room and restaurant just beside the reception counter. Good • Approximately 12mins walking distance to Losari Beach. • Nearby convenient store, Indomaret and Alfamart. • Nearby cafe, Republik Kopi. • Nearby places to eat, Mas Daeng, Sate Gaga, RM Bahari. Bad • The balcony door wasn't locked and unable to lock. • Toilet water at times very little pressure. • The room has a door that links to another room(501). • Toiletries not provided. I don't know how this hotel got a good rating, but something unexpected happened during my stay. It was on a Saturday late night, a group of teenagers were having party in their room(501), they were drinking and smoking in the room, making so much noise and playing loud music, the worst part was they knocked on my room door 2-3 times when I was sleeping. They were not only making noise in their room but also in the corridor, they were screaming and shouting. Probably, the counter/security personnel needs to do a patrol after 12 midnight on each floor, especially on a Saturday night, to ensure minimal noise pollution.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!!
