We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.
Fiona the receptionist made our stay feel like we were at home, we stayed during the Fire at Heathrow Airport, Fiona the receptionist went over and beyond to ensure that had no added stress, she organised extra day efficiently & parking, Fiona’s professionalism & kindness were amazing. The Hotel was super clean, fresh decor/bedding/pillows/towels and the extras on request were super fast. All the staff were of the highest standards of professionalism. The stay also includes free delicious fresh English breakfast, also fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast to go bag if you’re flights leave before breakfast. All rooms have complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryers. This is 5/6 stay here. There are bus stops outside the hotel take you either to Slough/Hounslow West tube station/bus station, M4 is two mins by car, and M25 15-20 mins drive. Central London by car 40 min drive. This should be a 5* star hotel based on service amenities alone.
Nice room with amazing kitchenette built in a wardrobe only thing could leave more milk in the room as long way to reception def stay again this is second time of staying the lady on reception was very nice
The location is convenient and the room is neat and clean! It is after Trip.compaymentyou have to contact the hotel yourself to providea copy of your certificate, and then submit a deposit of 150 pounds, and then the hotel will give you the check-in guide! In the whole process, I called 4 or 5 times, and it was not until more than an hour before check-in that I had to call again to urge me to send me the check-in guide! I have booked so many hotels on Trip.com, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation! Although the room was nice! but never stay again
Its right next to the Windsor Eton Central station, where plenty of restaurants and shops located, and a few minutes walk to Windsor Palace. There is only 30min free WiFi for the entire stay, need to pay extra for WiFi daily. Staff are very friendly. The building is showing wear and tear, our sink could not drain due to the stop was stuck and difficult to turn open. I had to go downstairs to ask for help since there is no hotel phone inside the room. The chain to the tub stop was broken and I could not unplug to drain the tub after use.
Eveyrbtinh is great apart from the fact that the hotel carpark is only available after 6pm. Lucky I got a space at the meter in front of the hotel entrance. The nearest carpark is another 10-15 min walk. Everything else is great.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of life, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and comfort of the space.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. I will definitely return on my next visit!
In general, everything is good, but the sound insulation is a bit poor, and I can hear the conversation in the next room clearly. I also don't understand why there is a connecting door with the next room, which scared me at first. But overall it's pretty good
The lodge is a great location if you are going to the racecourse. We arrived at around 1:30 as the first race was at 2:30 and was told that if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay a fee of £20. When the races often start at around 2-2:30 this seemed unreasonable. I had to come out of he racecourse between races to check
In. I’ve stayed at the Lingfield racecourse hotel and they checked us in 12:30 as our room was ready. Went for breakfast at around 7:50 and there was no menus out, the staff seemed totally disorganised. There was no instructions on how to order food. The continental “help yourself” was ok but had very little fruit options. They did have alpro soya and oat milk as milk alternatives. The room was clean and tidy but very basic. It did have a free standing fan which was good in the warm weather. The bad was big and comfortable. The shower was nice and had shower gel. The customer service let it down a little.

GGuest UserVery convenient location and easy check-in/check-out, everything explained very clearly. Newsagents and restaurants just across the road very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable.
SSofia sees the worldVery close to city center with access to food late at night. 15 minute walk to Train station. The room is tidy and bathroom is neat. However there is no amenities. I paid another 10 pounds to check in early at 12. The lift was not working at the time.
SSusanEnjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly. Room clean and good size. Would have liked a more varied breakfast with cereal/toast Would visit again if ever in Reading.

GGuest UserKettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice.
GGuest UserWe had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.
