3-Star Hotels in West Kalimantan, Indonesia

This is the cheapest inn BUT the facilities are mid-range. With a cheap price, we got a comfortable inn in a central location of the city. Great!

We had amazing experience staying here(Room625). Located at the heart of Pontianak town area. The roon have window but facing another block. Lovely breakfast. Spacious room.

Overall it is above average considering the price. The location is quite central. Bathroom cleanliness needs some improvement. There is a multilevel car park beside the hotel which is connected to the hotel by a walkway. Parking is free for hotel guests.

+ Location is great. Near the city center & surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurant, supermarket, food places, etc + Room is big. + The breakfast is amazing. I like it - The cleanliness is not too good. The cleaning service must pay more attention about this. Overall, I like staying in this hotel. I will come back again.

Pro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus! Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.

XC's service is good. It showed that there is an airport shuttle bus, but after waiting for more than half an hour, it turned out that there was no shuttle bus. I received a cash subsidy of 30 yuan, which is not much but much better than that.

It was our second stay at this hotel in 4 months. We especially liked the poolside terrace where we can see the sun rise over breakfast. The staff were excellent with their service and attentiveness.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Didn't expect what was originally, uh, it turned out that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was very good. Food and drinks are still affordable. Anyway, I'm not disappointed.. Even outside the expats can be as good as the room. The facilities, services, and hygiene are very well maintained.
