The location of the hotel is very good. It is opposite the central station and has direct airport shuttle bus. The transportation is convenient. The guest room bathroom also provides soap, shampoo and shower gel, which is very rare in South American hotels.
The hotel breakfast is very good. The front desk staff is also very responsible. When he saw us calling Uber with our mobile phones at the hotel entrance, he ran out and asked us to put the mobile phones in the bag instead of holding them in our hands. Thank him very much.
The hotel can also store luggage for free. We stayed one night before going to Calama, stored our luggage in the hotel, and went to the desert for 4 days with a backpack. After returning, we picked up our luggage and stayed for another 3 days.

The hotel is located in the bustling location of downtown San Diego and is very convenient for all kinds of travel. The hotel room is large and basically a suite. The whole hotel decoration is very classical and very distinctive. Great value. I live alone is a bit wasteful

Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

酒店的位置位於金融新區，是屬於安全的區域。交通也挺方便，下樓就有地鐵，從機場過去，出租車大概不到30分鐘。房間大小兩個人住很合適，有一個不小的陽台可以在外面看風景。樓上還有個洗衣房，也很方便，需要投幣或者是掃碼付款。樓下就有小超市，便利店，還有早餐廳，紅帽子披薩，總之很方便。唯一要説明的一點是前台非常不好找。在2樓出電梯右邊走廊的最端頭那個房間裏，注意房間的門還是關着的。我們是上下了幾次，最後請門房的人帶上去的。

Nice and elegant hotel. Excellent location. Personnel is quite friendly (don Hugo at reception, for example). Rooms and climatization is excellent. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends. One minor thing that I think should be improved: The cards system used to open the room's lock needs to be fixed. I had to go to reception several times to have them replaced or reprogrammed.

MMarcelomy personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

CChangIt’s right in the city center so it’s good for business and city tour but could be not so good it depends. I got there late at night and the gate was shut so I had a brief shock kind of reminded me as downtown LosAngeles, luckily the taxi driver called them and made sure I went in safe. The gym and breakfast were big pluses. The staffs were 5stars.

GGuest UserAmazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.

GGuest UserA bit of a surprise really! From the outside there are a couple of bars of the gentleman’s variety, the area is very good and close to the main square. But when you go inside, it’s all gravy! A fab breakfast, great helpful reception service with cutlery when we ordered take out after a long day exploring, and the rooms are more like apartments, great space. Value for money and well located. All the points!

GGuest UserWe spent 6 days staying at the hotel, we had some problems with the room, but they were very helpful with us. It is well located close to the market, restaurants and metro stations. The place nearby is known to be dangerous, but we were careful when going out and didn't have any problems related to that.
They were wonderful days and I recommend them for the comfort I had during those days, and for the support of the girls.
