It is located at a strategic location. Easy access to the tram zone. It is quiet, clean, tidy, and breakfast is good. Friendly staff when check-in at the hotel. There is a nice Thai restaurant just opposite the hotel, reasonable price and cooked by Thai. Overall it is a good & full score. I will definitely stay again if I travel to Zurich.
Our first time staying here. There's a free hotel shuttle from ZRH Airport. Outside from Arrival 2 to the left side and the shuttle bus was on the middle curb.
From hotel to ZRH Airport, they charge CHF10 per pax.
Room was small but we enjoyed our stay.
Ironing facilities & hair dryer provided.
It's 8 mins walking distance to Rùmlang train station.
Excellent location just a 3-minute walk from the main train station and close to the shopping street. The room with a clean, spacious, and beautifully designed room that’s well-lit, plus great-smelling toiletries, convenient amenities like wireless charging. The hotel nearby have COOP supermarket and McDonald's. The hotel even has a cinema on the first floor with daily 8 PM showings. Overall a 5-star stay, though the hallway carpet should use vacuum to clean up.
Excellent service and attention, I had a countertime to reach the time agreed at the check-in and they were very friendly, spectacular breakfast and comfortable room, recommending widely.
As every year, we stayed here for a Loveride event. Always very friendly staff, super clean, and a very comfortable bed.
We'll definitely be back next year.

New hotel with clean room, which was close to the train station with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Staff were friendly and variety of games like snooker and game machines were available.
The room's decor was a bit subdued, and though it wasn't very spacious, it was clean and tidy. Breakfast was an additional charge and quite expensive, especially when compared to other hotels in Switzerland and Germany. The location was convenient, being close to the train station. Overall, it was good.
Room size ok for 3 adults
But cleanness big no
They don’t clean the floor because still left garbage on floor in next day
No amities like toothbrush shower cap flipper , only shower gel
Quick check in but tried to upsell a better room. Room was clean and there was daily housekeeping.
You can also grab a coffee in the lobby in the morning which is a nice touch.

around 10 mins walk from ZurichHB easy to walk to two big luggage, hotel provide strong air-con which is good under a hot weather.
the microwave oven is easy to use and we made ourselves a lovely dinner
beddings are very good and soft
luggage lockers are all full when I arrived (around 13pm) we put it in the room (not in the locker) very unsecured as the don't guarantee the safety of the luggage ( have a memo sticked on the wall)
self check in is good but too rigid, i tried to checkin the room at 15:00 but still need to wait for the hotel to send the confirmation message to checkin the room .

GGuest Usersuch a convenient and surprisingly cozy option to stay near airport! I actually didn't spend a night and just needed to kill 10 hours at the airport and this became very handy. Glad to book this capsule hotel instead of keeping my luggages at 80% of its one-night stay cost at the airport. The staffs didn't feel very welcoming especially when you arrive early and had to ask them a favor to open the luggage room but cannot complain at this price. Would definitely come back
AAnonymous UserGood location very near to the zurich HB. Walking distance to almost all the landmark in zurich. Staff are friendly and amenities are all available. Just note that there will not be aircon during november period.
DDeborah TongZleep Hotel Zurich-Kloten does what it sets out to do for an overnight stay before a flight out of Zurich Airport. It has the bare minimum in terms of amenities and customer service, with an automated check in machine that requires you to manually enter all your own details, and nothing (including no kettle, tea/coffee) in the room other than basic furniture and linen. DO NOT use the airport shuttle service advertised next to the check in machines. It is run by a third party provider called Simul Group, which is an absolute scam. I had booked and paid for a pick up for the morning of my check out, didn’t receive a confirmation and so called the company, who told me to check with reception the next morning. The next morning, reception did not have confirmation of my booking, so they called Simul Group, who claimed they did not receive my booking and advised me to book and pay again. I was not going to pay a second time, so called them twice myself but they did not pick up. Hotel reception helped me to call them again and they picked up immediately, saying they didn’t want to speak with me because they couldn’t speak English, even though they had spoken to me in English the night before. After much persuasion by hotel reception (including with proof from my banking app that I had indeed already paid), the company finally agreed to the pick up, but they still did not send any receipt or confirmation of payment. Avoid using Simul Group at all costs and go down the road to catch the public bus to the airport instead.

The hotel is conveniently located near Zurich HB, which makes it great for travelers. There’s also a lift, which is helpful for carrying luggage.
Breakfast was decent. As someone with dietary restrictions (halal), the options were limited — mainly bread, eggs, and mushrooms. There were also apples and canned fruits available for yogurt, which was a nice touch.
The room itself was decent and comfortable. However, cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved — the movable mirror was rusty. That said, I had read some negative reviews beforehand, so I came prepared to expect the worst, and honestly, it turned out better than I expected.
The TV wasn’t a smart TV, even though the remote had a smart menu option, which was a bit odd. Zurich city area can be quite uneventful, so one or two nights here is enough.
The in-room coffee machine looked promising at first but turned out to be faulty. When I asked the front desk, they said it needed time to heat up — even after an hour, it didn’t work. Thankfully, there was a hot water dispenser near the café in the lobby.
Overall, the stay was acceptable — nothing fancy, but it does the job if you’re not expecting luxury.
HHubert TanThe apartment is clean and nice, but there is no lift inside the building. I stayed at level 3 and need to carry all the way up. Location wise, not too bad. A few stations away from the main station.

GGuest UserVery good location, ambient, typical local, room original with painting historique parts of the city.Clean.Good beds.
Our room 105 very bad connection internet nowadays easy solving problem but i am not the owner.I can not understand that free roaming still not excist in Swiss while it is possible everywhere in Europe.
GGuest UserI booked two rooms with a garden view, but one room faced the road and houses while the other faced the hotel's restaurant and some blocks of houses with a few trees. So, I guess it must be the ”garden view,” though clearly not all rooms have a true garden view—unless we have different definitions of a garden.
The shower was ridiculously tiny, with a triangular shape. I believe any man larger than average would have difficulty using it. You can barely turn around in the shower, and the water flow is not stable, sometimes fast and sometimes slow.
The breakfast was poor. The restaurant waitress did her very best, despite being the only one helping all the customers in the restaurant and also assisting with checkouts. It was clear how busy she was. However, we waited for more than 45 minutes for boiled eggs to be replenished in the buffet area. The fried eggs were very oily and not fluffy at all—if you've been to a cha chaan teng in Hong Kong, you know what I mean. The choices and amount of food were very limited, and we left with empty stomachs. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever.
GGuest UserLet's face it Switzerland and Zurich aren't affordable for the budget traveller. So this accommodation isn't exactly value but it isn't too bad.
Location is good proximity to the train station (10 minutes walk) but to the historic quarter and the lake it's a little bit further (allow 25-30 mins). There's supermarkets located less than 50 metres away (across the street and up the road). Also plenty of places to get food or go to a bar.
The communication via email was prompt, timely and detailed. There's no reception here and you get instructions and codes to access things.
The room was an ok size but very spartan in regard to fittings or amenities. Think a clean, one star hotel and this is it. There's no kettle or AC but there's a hairdryer and TV.
Also note that it's on a busy road and the area is up and coming. This means traffic, people and cars. So it can get noisy. Even the Swiss people can be loud sometimes. I was lucky it wasn't a warm evening, so I could keep the window shut but if it was open, there would be enough noise to make it hard to fall asleep (and I was on the floor 3).
