The hotel is directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) via a covered, air-conditioned walkway (just a few minutes’ walk from the terminal). That makes it ideal for late arrivals, early departures, or long layovers. I attempted to contact the hotel front desk on New Year’s Eve, but no one answered the phone. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, which I appreciated.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The room was tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom area was spotless, making for a truly reassuring stay. The bed had just the right balance of softness and support, and combined with the plush bedding, it was incredibly relaxing to lie down on. What truly stood out was the soundproofing; the room was remarkably quiet at night, with no external noise disturbances, allowing for a perfect night's sleep and effectively easing travel fatigue. While the room windows don't open, drawing back the curtains revealed a partial sea view, with the sparkling ocean surface complementing the distant cityscape – a pleasant little surprise during the trip. A heads-up for future guests: the hotel uses UK-style power outlets, so remember to bring a travel adapter. Also, toiletries are not provided, though disposable slippers are. Be sure to pack your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and other personal care items. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They spoke Mandarin, so communication was seamless, and both check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. There were only a very few staff members who seemed a bit cool, but it wasn't overtly rude and didn't detract from the overall experience. The only thing to complain about was the hotel's internet, which was extremely slow. Streaming videos and loading web pages were constantly buffering. For those who rely heavily on a good internet connection, I recommend preparing a data plan beforehand. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It's within walking distance of the MTR station, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to get around and find food. If I visit Hong Kong again, I'd very likely choose this hotel. I recommend it to anyone prioritizing comfort during their stay!

The hotel is located next to the Shing Mun River in Sha Tin, offering great views. It's lovely to go for a run or a stroll along the river in the morning and evening. The room's cleanliness was acceptable, though it was very small, which is typical for Hong Kong. We forgot to bring a travel adapter, and unfortunately, the hotel didn't have any to lend or provide, so we couldn't charge our phones all night.

The breakfast was excellent, very satisfying, and the dining environment was great. The breakfast manager was also very enthusiastic. The hotel's location is superb, close to both the subway and bus stops. The room hygiene was also good. The only drawback was the front desk staff's attitude; they were unhelpful and slow to resolve issues. We tried calling room service from our room but couldn't get through, so we went to the front desk to ask for a disposable razor. The English-speaking front desk agent we encountered was impatient, perfunctory, and even tried to send us back to our room to call room service ourselves. Shouldn't this be something the front desk could easily assist with? After we explained that no one was answering the phone, she coldly stated that a razor would cost 1 yuan and that someone would bring it up later. Do guests staying at a hotel really care about a 1 yuan disposable razor? Her comment felt very off-putting. Moreover, no one ever delivered the razor to our room, making us suspect that the front desk never communicated our request to room service. The front desk training definitely needs improvement.

We made this booking to celebrate my baby’s one year old birthday. We particularly like this hotel because the two beds that are provided are larger than other hotel options. Moreover, the facility is quite new and clean, and the pool was still open when we made this booking. Overall, it was a great two days at the hotel. We were also given three welcome drink coupons in which we ordered three lattes and received a $100 dining coupon, which was nice.

This is my fifth time staying here, and my first time running in the area. I completed a half marathon with ten loops, it was perfect. Victoria Harbour was too crowded, so I turned back at K11. As always, it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and it's super convenient to walk to Nathan Road for shopping.

Love everything about this hotel! The location is very nice, even it's not in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui but close enough to walk, ~10mins for walking to Tsim Sha Tsui. K11 Art mall is in the middle on the way from hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui so we stopped by for popular tea shops, CHAGEE and Heytea, everyday during our stay in this hotel. We booked premier room to enjoy the sea view and it's worth it! The hotel is located on the Mody road which have a beautiful Christmas decorations that can be seen from our hotel room, Avenue of Stars is also across the road. Room is true to pictures, all amenities are provided everyday, all staffs we met are easy approach and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for luxury hotel in a budget!

This is my second stay here. Last time it was for Andy Lau's concert, and this time for Jacky Cheung's. The hotel's location is excellent with fantastic views. Right outside the lobby, you'll find restaurants and a Starbucks. Go down an escalator and you're at the park and the seaside. The metro station is also conveniently close, and there are many affordable small restaurants nearby. The service is top-notch; the front desk staff was pleasant to interact with. I put on the 'do not disturb' sign last night, but in the morning, after customer service confirmed with me over the phone, a staff member was waiting at my door to deliver a razor as soon as I opened it.

Facilities: All facilities are very new, and the ventilation system is excellent. Hygiene: The cleaning staff did a great job, but there's no overhead rain shower, only a handheld showerhead. Environment: The hotel is filled with a pleasant fragrance, very comfortable, somewhat like Diptyque's Baies, but not overpowering. It's right next to the seaside pier, which you can see during breakfast in the morning, though the sun can be a bit strong. Service: I have to particularly praise the hotel's shuttle service! It's fantastic and saved me a lot on taxi fares! First, there's a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, running every 30 minutes. Look for the hotel's exclusive white bus with a red Sky Marriott logo in the center of the front. Then, there's also a shuttle from the hotel to Tung Chung MTR station, which saved a lot of money!

11383237****This was my husband and my first time visiting Hong Kong for two days. When I booked, Island Shangri-La was the only hotel that offered a refundable option, and I had heard great things about their service, so I decided to book it. After checking in, I truly experienced the prime location. Right across from the hotel entrance is Hong Kong Park, which, although not large, is beautifully scenic. The plants and trees are all labeled, there are fountains and streams, and even a delightful aviary with various birds to observe. It's perfect for families with children. Diagonally opposite the park entrance, not far away, is the Peak Tram entrance – surprise number two! Buying a 'red diamond' ticket allowed us direct entry, saving a lot of waiting time, and we got to enjoy the stunning Victoria Harbour view from the top. Below the hotel is Pacific Place mall, a high-end shopping destination, and a short walk in front takes you to the seaside park, which is incredibly convenient. Now, about the hotel service – it was excellent, absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional. She helped us get a room with a beautiful view, which was a huge plus! All the staff members were humble and polite, and their Mandarin communication was excellent. The concierges at the entrance were courteous and welcoming. For breakfast, the hot noodle bowl was quite large, and the young man serving piled on plenty of toppings, cooked just right – it was delicious, surprise number three, and definitely deserves praise. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

CcharlesalsostewartThe Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong — Comprehensive Stay Review This stay fully met and exceeded expectations across every core dimension that matters in a luxury hotel experience. Service: Service quality is outstanding. Staff are consistently attentive, polished, and proactive without being intrusive. Requests are handled efficiently, and interactions feel genuinely warm rather than scripted, which reinforces the sense of true five-star hospitality. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is impeccable. Both the room and common areas are maintained to an extremely high standard. Housekeeping is meticulous, and the overall environment feels fresh, orderly, and carefully managed at all times. View: The view is top notch. Being one of the highest hotels in the world, the panoramic outlook over Hong Kong is breathtaking, both day and night. The skyline, harbor, and city lights elevate the entire stay and significantly enhance the in-room experience. Ozone Bar: Ozone Bar is amazing. The atmosphere, views, and overall experience are world-class. It is not just a hotel bar but a destination in itself, offering a unique vantage point that very few places globally can match. Food & Beverage: F&B is excellent across the board. Quality, presentation, and service are all consistently high, reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as a culinary destination, not merely a place to stay. Location: The location is convenient, particularly with direct access to transportation and the Elements complex. However, for guests accustomed to staying in Causeway Bay or other more central, street-level districts, the area may feel relatively far from traditional shopping and nightlife zones. This is more a matter of preference than a drawback. Overall Impression: Very, very happy with this stay. From service and cleanliness to views, dining, and amenities, the experience reflects what a true flagship Ritz-Carlton property should deliver. This is a hotel that excels in execution, consistency, and atmosphere, making it an exceptional choice for a refined and elevated Hong Kong stay.

I highly recommend the pineapple buns in Sai Kung; they're the best I've ever had. For seafood, I suggest Luk Fook Restaurant, a Michelin-starred establishment for over a decade.
