Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are old but quite spacious. Toothbrush sets are provided, but no bottled water. There are glass bottles available to fill up at the water dispenser in the corridor. The bathroom is quite large, with a combined bathtub and shower – old and broken! The drainage is slow. Cleanliness: It's average, looks acceptable. Environment: You can stay here without leaving the airport, it's quiet, and suitable for guests arriving late at night. Breakfast is good, with a decent variety. Service: It's not bad. You can scan a QR code in the room to request adapters, towel changes, etc., and the response is quite fast. The cleaning staff I met in the morning were very nice, greeting us and starting our day happily. The front desk staff who checked me in at night was Filipino? Their Mandarin was average, so I had to speak English. The best thing about the hotel is the shuttle bus. We took it directly to Disneyland the next day; it was 25 HKD per person and took about ten minutes. Overall, I'm satisfied. For under 1,000 with breakfast for two, it's good value for money.

I was surprised that for just over 700, I could stay in such a spacious hotel in Hong Kong. We even got upgraded to a Deluxe River View Room with two queen-sized beds, which is perfect for families with kids. It also included breakfast for three, which is a much better value than many hotels back home. The breakfast selection was also great, very satisfied.

The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent! The location is also fantastic, just a two-minute walk from the subway station. The lobby always smelled faintly of fig perfume! The lady who checked me in at the front desk was incredibly sweet and friendly. I was in such a hurry I didn't catch her name... I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The harbor view tower room offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. The hygiene was impeccable with no blind spots, and the environment was elegant and comfortable. The service was warm and attentive, and all the facilities were complete and brand new. Its convenient location makes it perfect for getting around and exploring. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Hong Kong, highly recommended!

This hotel is super convenient for shopping, haha! You can directly access it from the mall, which I absolutely love. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of laundry facilities. With the weather getting hotter and hotter, travelers won't bring a lot of spare clothes, so it becomes quite an inconvenience. After just a short walk outside, your clothes stick to you with sweat. You'll want to quickly shower and change when you get back to the hotel, and then you'll need to wash and dry your clothes quickly. I really hope they have laundry facilities next time I visit; that would be amazing!

Facilities: They were decent, not particularly old or worn, and well-maintained. Service: Check-in was quick, and the service has improved a lot over the past few years; it's now polite and appropriate. However, they still require a deposit authorization upon check-in, which seems to be a system-wide policy and not really the hotel's fault. Dining options nearby are very limited; there are almost no proper restaurants for main meals, and breakfast choices are also extremely scarce. I'd recommend taking the subway two stops to Sha Tin city center for more options. It's also very convenient to get a taxi from the stand downstairs for hiking on the MacLehose Trail. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for hiking trips, even if it's a bit pricey, it's worth it.

Service: The service was impeccable, and communication was smooth. Facilities: It seems to be a renovated hotel, as the facilities are quite new. Environment: Perhaps because my room was next to the emergency exit, there was constant noise from people coming and going, and doors closing. The most unbearable part was the sound of chairs being dragged upstairs at midnight, and then again at 8 AM. This severely affected my sleep. I was too tired after a long day to bother changing rooms for just one night. I hope the hotel is aware of this issue.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for attending shows at the AsiaWorld-Expo. It's just a two-minute walk over the sky bridge to get there. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to both the airport and Tung Chung MTR station, running every half hour, making it an excellent choice if you have an early flight. The room was clean and spacious, and they provided four complimentary bottles of water. The soundproofing was very good; I couldn't hear any airplane noise from my side of the hotel. I ordered a coffee at the lobby bar on the ground floor, but the latte art was actually worse than mine, and it cost 65 HKD. I later discovered a cheaper coffee shop just ten meters away on the side of the lobby.

Really enjoyed our stay. Stand out was the concierge who was very helpful in recommending places to eat. Forgot his name, but he is the senior fellow and was always at the front. For a student run operations, it performed better than some professionally operated hotels. And the decor is nice, even since 2008 it is still nice.

I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, and finally, during the Qingming holiday, I brought my family to Hong Kong for a three-night stay. I was very impressed. First, let's talk about the room size. Even the basic rooms are over 40 square meters, which is quite spacious for Hong Kong. The room design, amenities, and cleanliness were all excellent and very comfortable. Next, the location. Although it's about a 6-7 minute walk to Whampoa MTR station, it's an easy stroll if you use the hotel's back entrance. Plus, the Whampoa neighborhood around the MTR station is very lively with plenty of great places to eat and shop. Most importantly, the hotel is right on the Victoria Harbour waterfront, offering beautiful views. Hung Hom Pier is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to North Point and Central on Hong Kong Island. Oh, and the Hung Hom Bus Terminus is also downstairs. We even took the kids on a double-decker bus, which can take you to many different places. The hotel staff were also great – very helpful and friendly. My whole family was very satisfied, and if we get the chance to visit Hong Kong again, we'll definitely choose the Kerry Hotel.
