The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong

9.2/10
Very Good

The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The pool was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was good, but it would be even better if they added more salad accompaniments and hot dishes. Also, the shuttle bus runs too infrequently, only once every half an hour. It would be much better if it ran every 15 minutes.

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

9.6/10
Excellent

The Four Seasons' location is truly unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere. There's a shuttle bus from the Airport Express that takes you straight to the hotel, and even walking is easy. That 'welcome back' always makes you feel so at home. For breakfast, you have two restaurant options, but I prefer ordering à la carte in the lounge. The bread at the Four Seasons is genuinely delicious; I absolutely adore the five-grain croissant (or whatever it's called) at breakfast. And the scones from the bakery are a must-buy every time. The hotel facilities are excellent; the gym equipment is well-maintained and offers plenty of choices. Just eating at the hotel's restaurants pretty much filled up my itinerary. The spa is the best I've experienced outside of Thailand. While there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping – they didn't clear the trash or do the turndown service on time – they genuinely made up for it afterward. I hope the service can be even more meticulous in the future, especially since it's the 'Four Seasons.' I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed in the Premier Seaview Room. It was newly renovated and came with a smart toilet. Although it didn't feel like the stated 45 square meters, the layout was cleverly designed. The toilet and shower room were completely separate and independent. Even though the toilet wasn't large, it featured a cleverly designed mini-washbasin, and both washbasins were equipped with wall-mounted hand soap dispensers, which was a thoughtful touch. The shower room had glass on two sides, and the Dyson hairdryer was conveniently placed on a small shelf. Despite the heavy rain in Hong Kong these past few days, the sea view was still quite nice. The large sofa by the window was very comfortable, and the wardrobe near the entrance, though seemingly small, had storage compartments, making it very practical. Compared to other luxury hotels in Hong Kong, this one offers good value for money.

My stay at W Hong Kong was excellent! The hotel's prime location is its biggest draw, directly connecting to both Kowloon MTR Station and Hong Kong West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. This makes getting to and from the airport, taking the high-speed rail, or traveling to various parts of the city incredibly convenient, with no worries about the weather. Directly downstairs is the large shopping mall, ELEMENTS, offering a wide array of lifestyle and entertainment options. The mall boasts a diverse selection of dining establishments, from local eateries and international cuisine to high-end restaurants, providing an abundance of choices. Furthermore, the West Kowloon Cultural District is just a short walk away, making it easy to visit M+ Museum, the Hong Kong Palace Museum, or take a stroll along the waterfront promenade, offering a rich blend of culture and leisure. Overall, everything from the room design and facilities to the transportation and surrounding amenities was impeccable. It's perfectly suited for travelers seeking both convenience and quality, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

Regal Airport Hotel

❤️ Super convenient! This is my favorite hotel in Hong Kong. All the front desk staff I encountered were warm and polite! The service attitude was excellent. Special thanks to the two concierge staff members who helped me with my luggage, resolved issues like the vending machine getting stuck, and to Jet for patiently helping me print documents! They added so much warmth to my tiring international trip. 💙 As a solo female traveler with three 30kg suitcases, this was an incredibly valuable choice for me! I didn't have to take my luggage off the airport trolley at all, and could even push it directly to my hotel room! 🏨 Although the facilities and decor are a bit dated, the design is well-thought-out, with a large workspace! There were few hidden dirty corners, and overall, compared to other hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point, it was very clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable! The only minor drawbacks were a musty smell indoors, air conditioning that couldn't be adjusted, and some mold marks on the bed frame. However, the service and location are impeccable, offering excellent value for money compared to other hotels near the airport!

I was quite anxious when booking this hotel because I was traveling with two children. I was worried they wouldn't be comfortable, especially since the younger one has rhinitis. From West Kowloon Station, a taxi ride was only a little over fifty RMB. I could pay in Hong Kong dollars directly from my phone, and it would convert to RMB. Upon arrival at the hotel, the doorman warmly opened the door, helped with our luggage, and led us all the way to the front desk. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent Mandarin. The room environment was also fantastic – clean and spacious. The highlight for us was definitely the infinity pool on the fourth floor; my daughter didn't want to leave! Getting around was also very convenient, with the MTR station just a few minutes away. The hotel's buffet was delicious too. It was a wonderful trip to Hong Kong!

This is an old-school hotel in Hong Kong. Although the room facilities have been renovated, they still feel a bit dated, which also reflects a piece of Hong Kong's glorious past. However, the location is excellent. Downstairs are the Convention and Exhibition Centre and Golden Bauhinia Square, and it's very convenient to take the small ferry across to Avenue of Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui. I'd probably stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Opted for the Regal Riverside Hotel in Hong Kong again, it's a great value-for-money hotel in the city. **Location:** Situated right next to Sha Tin town center, with direct airport bus access, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of beauty stores, convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, offering a wide array of dining options. My room had a stunning view of Shing Mun River, with mountains and water – a picturesque landscape that was absolutely beautiful. **Facilities:** This time I stayed in a single king-sized bed room. It's much smaller than the twin-bed room I had before, but for a solo traveler staying one night, it was just right. The facilities were quite complete. **Service:** They offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which is very helpful. However, check-in is strictly after 3 PM, and early check-in is not permitted, so you need to time your arrival accordingly. The front desk staff speaks Mandarin and English, which is very convenient. **Cleanliness:** It was very clean, as always.

Harbour Grand Kowloon

I had a great stay at Harbour Grand Kowloon. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and it really stood out how well everything was maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole experience feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location was another major highlight—it's right next to the harbour, so the night and morning walks were genuinely special. It was a relaxing way to start and end the day, with great views and an enjoyable atmosphere. I also appreciated the room size, which felt spacious and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, I’d highly recommend Harbour Grand Kowloon for anyone looking for a clean, well-located hotel with genuinely helpful staff and a comfortable room.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

I stayed in a Club Deluxe Victoria Harbour Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. As soon as I entered the lobby on the 9th floor, a staff member took my luggage and escorted me to the 103rd floor. Since I had club lounge access, I was then guided up to the 116th floor. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge on the 116th floor while checking in. My luggage had already been delivered to my room. The club lounge offers five meal services: breakfast from 7:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM, afternoon tea from 3:00 PM, evening cocktails from 6:00 PM, and desserts from 8:30 PM. All the dishes served were authentic and delicious. The carpet on the floor was plush, dampening any noise, so the hallways were very quiet. I had booked the Victoria Harbour Room this time. The room was 51 square meters and featured a king-size bed, a sturdy desk, and a single-person sofa with an ottoman. In addition to the toilet and shower room, there was also a bathtub with a TV. The double vanity sinks were a nice touch, allowing two people to use them simultaneously. The room offered views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. I could clearly watch the Symphony of Lights from my room as well. On the 118th floor, there's a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. The view from the top floor of the building while swimming was breathtaking. After using the pool and having dinner, when I returned to my room, I found slippers placed by the bed. A large, pristine white rug was laid in front of the vanity, which was lovely as I could walk barefoot. It was also convenient to walk across this rug between the bathtub and the shower room. I stayed on my birthday, and I had informed the hotel in advance. They provided wonderful hospitality, including a complimentary cake and a birthday display in the room. I highly recommend staying here for special occasions.
