Very good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view.
The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient.
The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

I stayed for 15 days this time and I think I will choose this place next time for following reason,
1. Delicious breakfast and reasonable price.
2. The room is clean and big enough, bed is comfy btw.
3. THE FREE CAFE IN THE LOBBY IS REALLY GOOD, ME GUSTA MUCHO I MEAN I LOVE IT!!!!
4. Very nice location, you can walk to walmart, sam‘s club, laundry place, some nice restaurants nearby…etc.
I stay in 3 different hotels in this trip, highly recommend this one, love it!

Very close to the airport, 150 meters walk to the airport. Very poor service, not only did they not upgrade the room for gold card holders, but they had to wait until 2 o'clock to check in. The breakfast was included in the original booking, but it was not displayed in the system, and it took a long time to fix it. The next day, I had to catch a flight and left early, and they said they would pack a breakfast box. Please see the picture, the apples were still rotten.

Very close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus to the passenger terminal in seven or eight minutes, suitable for early flights, the air conditioning noise in the room is a bit loud, others are satisfied.

It should be the best hotel in Monterrey, the equipment is very new, in Plaza Arboleda , there are many delicious restaurants next to it. The room is quite big and the service staff is warm.

其次，我住10樓1018，同事11樓1117，都屬於靠近馬路一邊，不知道是復活節還是其他什麼原因，隔壁房間的人嗨了兩晚，半夜兩三點還在叮叮噹噹，搞死了。。。

AAndrea JudithWe hosted last year and returned again, we found the same details last time. The person responsible for the hostel area could not give general information, there were no ice machines in each floor and more than once we asked for reception assistance and never answered the phones.
The staff were very careful, as well as the roommates and special congratulations to a older gentleman who brought us to the room a cun for our baby, was very friendly and service.

GGuest UserLocated 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!
