The person who was outside only told me where the reception was - which was closed - but with both hands occupied by the suitcases, it is difficult to open it (since it has a knob) and they do not help you open it despite seeing that you have your hands busy, I considered it a minus point to the hospitality. It would be nice if there was a plaque explaining what the hotel was previously. What is that chimney and what was it used for, etc., as well as they have signs of what the fauna is called. The overall experience was really good. The only incident was the death person outside the hotel. the moment was scary, but nothing that the hotel was responsible for.
