The place was in massive need of renovation, the drains were smelly and taking a shower in this bathroom made me feel dirtier than before the shower.
Saying that, the location was very close to my bus pickup for the great wall. And the staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and very helpful, they gave me a free room upgrade to a bigger room as I had so much luggage and they also kept a luggage for me for three days for free. If I was ranking based on the staff only, I would give them 5 starts.
The hotel boasts a prime location. From Daxing Airport's arrivals area, simply exit the East Exit and walk straight to the end – you can't miss the hotel's sign. It's incredibly easy to locate.
It's perfect for anyone with an early morning flight. You won't feel rushed at all. If you've already checked in online, you can literally check out, clear security, and head to your gate as little as 30 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure – there's absolutely plenty of time. This ensures both a good night's sleep and peace of mind about not missing your flight.
What's more, the hotel is quiet, and the bedding is excellent, which truly aids in a restful sleep. Highly recommended! I always choose this hotel whenever I have an early flight out of Daxing.

So far very satisfied with this apartment, the owner provides complete directions to the location, how to enter the apartment. The environment in this apartment building is safe, not noisy and I feel comfortable going in and out of the apartment.
The apartment area is very large for a price that is still affordable for the area. Complaints about a slightly damaged door were responded to quickly by the owner and immediately repaired when we arrived.
.
Beds, towels and toiletries are complete like hotel standards and even exceed their completeness. It's just that there are no kitchen utensils, only paper cups are provided. Microwave and small stove are available.
.
The location is very close to supermarkets, small malls and not too far from the Sanlitun area. My conclusion is that I highly recommend this apartment.

The hotel's location near Beijing Railway Station is excellent, making public transport (subway and bus) very convenient. One thing I found challenging in Beijing was that restaurants and supermarkets aren't as ubiquitous as in other cities, especially around major attractions where finding a taxi or a decent meal can be difficult. Though there are quite a few eateries around Beijing Railway Station, I still recommend the hotel restaurant for its clean and hygienic food.

The location is good, within a walking distance of metros. You can experience the night life of the street. No sound from the street but it can come from your neighbour room. Because of its strategic locations, you need to always make your passport ready when you want to get into the street. The breakfast is fine, you can also pay by cash. The room and the bed are clean
This is my first truly thorough review, and it completely changed my perception of five-star hotels, especially for a new property that's only been open for just over a year. I understand that a hotel near an airport should primarily cater to business travelers, but this one felt far too basic. I won't even dwell on how small it was, or that the bathroom only provided two sets of disposable toothbrushes. But surely, hygiene should meet basic standards?
The restroom had a distinct urine smell, and the shower drain was clogged. Since we made a last-minute decision to stay and arrived late, we discovered the bedding was extremely damp and requested a change. By the time the replacement arrived, it was already very late. The kids needed to sleep, so after they got ready for bed, we put them to sleep first.
After the kids showered, water spilled all over the floor. Not wanting to call customer service again and disturb their sleep, I decided to inspect it myself. I found that the drain wasn't just clogged; it was completely uncleaned and packed with hair. The thought of my children having to shower with their feet wading in that water makes me sick to my stomach. I was utterly speechless.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and was satisfied with everything. The room was nice and clean. The bathtub nearby the window and intelligent toilet were quite surprising for me, but in a good way :) What I struggled with is a location of the hotel, I got a little confused with it because there are repair works going on and the half of the road is blocked

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Beijing Dongzhimen. The staff was super friendly and helpful, really taking care of all the details to make my 9-day stay super smooth. The room was spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition, with a very comfortable bed—the best sleep I’ve had in a while, thanks to how quiet and dark the room was at night. I also enjoyed a lovely view from the window. The location near Sanlitun is excellent, with plenty to do and see nearby. Breakfast was great with a wide selection and fresh options. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommended!

I arrived in Beijing early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that the staff accommodated my request and checked me in at 9am. Although I didn’t get the best view, the room was clean, comfortable, and gave me the much-needed rest after a long journey.
The service here truly deserves 5 stars. Every staff member I met was warm and professional, especially the front desk. I didn’t manage to get his name, but he made me feel completely at home with his thoughtful service. Even with my broken Chinese, he made communication easy and stress-free.
The hotel is also at a very strategic location. It’s within walking distance to Wangfujing, and with convenient transport you can also reach major attractions like the Summer Palace.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and great service in the heart of Beijing.

There's nearby mall and train station. Giving 5 stars as all the staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful . Especially the laundry lady and the concierge manning the taobao package area.
However, its time for the amenities in the room to be upgraded ... The kettle, hair dryer and pillows were all so old

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel as it's very well located between the two airports and very well deserved by the tube in a very nice neighbourhood where you can truly see the everyday life of lovely Chinese people. Following the initial booking for a very nice room, there was an issue and tye management were so professional that they upgraded me for free to the executive suits which was absolutely stunning and beautiful and outstanding views of the whole city at the top floor. The room was spacious, and bathrooms were breathtaking. The management were very nice to me every time and even though they didn't speak English they were always trying to help. The hotel is located around many shops, restaurants and two Hugh malls located around changyiang metro which is direct to forbidden city and tianmen Square. I must admit that I stayed in the last few days but I ended up staying over 5 days because all the rooms are very large, with beautiful views and the breakfast is also very good. The overall impression is that Chinese management is always trying to help you. So, like me, if you are from Europe, do not book a Western brand and be courageous to book a Chinese hotel and experience their kindness and good hearth. I will give top grading to this hotel and will recommend it highly to all my European tourists.

AAnton26Staff were caring and just amazing. My flight was delayed by a number of hours and to arrive at the hotel at 04:40am and be greeted with a smiling face and asked if I needed anything was greatly appreciated. The room was fabulous. Bed was super comfortable. Pillows were just right and sheets were divine. Bathroom was well appointed with amenities and spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with options for everyone’s dietary requirements.
I don’t care if the carpets need refreshing or the rooms are (apparently) in need of renovation/upgrade. I will remember the great service I received from kind staff. I will most definitely return on my next trip to Beijing! Thank you staff!

GGuest UserOur 3-day stay with them was overall a good experience. Everything went smoothly, and they provided almost everything we needed during our time there. However, we had a very disappointing experience at checkout.
After checking out, we returned to pick up our luggage and asked if we could use a bathroom to freshen up and let our kids pee before heading to Shanghai via sleeper train. They told us they were fully booked and couldn’t provide access to any of their bathrooms. I asked if we could just use a restroom in the lobby, but surprisingly, they said they didn’t have one and directed us to a public toilet two blocks away—even though it was raining heavily that day.
It’s very hard to believe that a hotel wouldn’t have at least one restroom available in the lobby for guests, especially families with small children. That should be a basic necessity. There was no consideration at all, and it left us disappointed and frustrated.
As for the location, it’s good for tourists looking for food and souvenirs. There are convenience stores nearby, but if you’re hoping to shop for clothes, shoes, or other mall-type items, there’s nothing like that in the area.

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. It's very close to Qianmen Street but set back from the main road, offering a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. As a traditional Siheyuan-style hotel, it's a beautiful sight in itself. Just strolling around the grounds is a delightful experience. Just a short walk away are Dashilar and Xian'er Hutong, making dining and entertainment very convenient. Tiananmen Square is also less than a 20-minute walk away. The room amenities are great too; the large bed was perfectly comfortable for our family of three. Overall, if you're looking to explore Qianmen Street and the nearby attractions around Tiananmen Square, this hotel is an excellent choice!

SShelley_xyThe room was spacious and very close to Happy Valley. We chose this hotel because we were traveling with children. I've stayed with this brand in many locations and usually have a good impression, but my experience in Beijing this time was quite disappointing.
The main issues were with the service. At check-in, our room was changed three times because the room types didn't match our booking. Then, the room wasn't even ready, and we were told we'd have to wait until the afternoon to check in. They promised to send our luggage to the room, and I specifically arranged with the front desk for extra bedding so our child could sleep on the sofa. I was also assigned parking space #90. We then headed out to explore Beijing.
However, when we arrived back at the hotel parking lot at 12:13 AM, the parking attendant wouldn't let me proceed. He claimed my car wasn't registered and my license plate wasn't linked to the reserved space #90. This whole ordeal took over half an hour. I was told I had to go back to the front desk to re-register before I could enter the garage, and even then, I was assigned a different parking spot.
Upon finally reaching our room, we discovered that only our luggage had been delivered; none of the promised extra bedding was there. Furthermore, despite booking for three people, the additional towels we requested were also missing. With no night-duty staff available, it took a considerable amount of time and effort to find blankets and sheets. By the time all these issues were finally resolved, it was already 1:30 AM. It was truly an unbearable experience.
Additionally, regarding the breakfast restaurant, could the temperature please be adjusted? It was uncomfortably hot.

SShahjada Imran KhanMy overall experience at the hotel was positive. The location is convenient and close to the metro, making it easy to get around. The room was decent for a solo traveler. I must highlight the outstanding service and hospitality of the two receptionists (02 girls); they were incredibly helpful in booking tickets for local attractions and were friendly, with a good understanding of English.

MMiklos BI'm not sure if it's an official Radisson or not, but I had a very pleasant stay. You csn easily find the hotel: just leave Beijing West station to the North square and head west through the parking lot and you'll find the hotel signs. The hotel is quite small and the room isn't huge either, but it's nice to spend a few nights. The room was very modern.

KKok HongI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was very convenient. The room was facing aircraft take off view.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the power sockets in the rooms to include USB and Type-C charging ports. This would be very convenient for guests who travel with multiple devices.
Overall, it was a great experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel has warm service, clean and tidy, and a superior location, which makes it very convenient to go to the Old Summer Palace and the Summer Palace. The hotel staff is warm and helpful, and the room price is very affordable, with high cost performance!
You can also write the word ”Fu” when you check in on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and paste it on the door yourself, which makes you feel the New Year's atmosphere when you are away from home
