"The hotel is on the edge of the train station. There are three rooms, which are reasonably priced. There is a coop supermarket next to it. There is also a fast food restaurant opposite the hotel. It is open late, has many types, tastes good, and has a large amount. Our mother and daughter order one. Very full. To the town of Zermatt, you need to take a shuttle train, you can use the Swiss Pass, the train is a few minutes away, the running time is very short, and there are cars late at night, with beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast, which is very tasty and can be eaten more satisfactorily."

"Excellent stay at this cute little place.
Loved everything about this hotel including the breakfast, location, and scenic views. You can't beat this place for the price.
It's also so close (within walking distance) to the Tasch railway station and parking is free. They even let me park for 3-4 hours for free after checking out while I visited Zermatt. The front desk girl (I forgot her name) was so nice and helpful giving me some great tips while I visited Zermatt.
Wonderful experience overall."

"The hotel is near a train station called St Niklaus VS, about 3 minutes' walk away. This station is about 45 minutes away from Zermatt by train. It's actually a B&B, so checking in is a bit troublesome. The door is black and you can push it in without locking it. At 8 o'clock in the evening, there was no service staff and I asked for self-service check-in. I tried Ctrip's reservation number and the hotel's confirmation number, but couldn't check in. There was a number (see Figure 2) that I could call, but because I didn't buy a local phone bill service, I couldn't check in. I didn't know what to do for a while. The owner and guests of the hotel opposite were very helpful. One guest directly called us to help us, and then helped us get the key and find the room. Thank you very much! The hotel provides body lotion. The freshly made coffee for breakfast is great. The other food is very simple. There are fewer types of bread and meat but it is enough."

"Very amazed by the level of automation in the hotel! Check-in was seamless even though it was just an iPad. We needed to pay a tourist tax via an online link prior to arrival but we were abit wary given the number of online scams nowadays - perhaps it’ll be better to charge everything up front?
There was free coffee available as well, which was a huge plus. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean, sufficiently big, had a balcony, comfortable bed. One of the staff (a guy) allowed us to put our luggage in the room early even though we could only encode our card after 3pm. He even helped us make a reservation at Du Pont as we didn’t have a Swiss number, thanks very much!
The hotel is a 10min walk from the main train station, though there are free buses which can shorten the journey. We just walked as it was faster.
We were in Swiss for 2 weeks and this hotel is definitely the best accommodation we had - for a very good price as well!"

"This hotel offers a decent location, although it requires a bit of a walk from Zermatt train station. However, the reward is a beautiful Matterhorn view from the hotel room, which is a delightful feature. The breakfast was typical of Swiss hotels, but the real highlight was the impressive range of facilities, including an open-air jacuzzi, gym, sauna room, and indoor swimming pool, providing guests with various options for relaxation and recreation. As for the room itself, it met our expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay with some great amenities."
