"This trip included my child and family members, so a comfortable stay was crucial. During the off-season, parking was conveniently available right outside the hotel. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, even remembering my child's nickname and interacting with them in a friendly manner. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. They even provided a small gift of salt – a thoughtful touch! We also received a quick response to requests for a crib playpen; the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel breakfast the next day wasn't particularly extensive, perhaps due to the off-season, but we did discover some local Zigong-style cold dishes – very authentic! It's within a 10-minute drive of Fantawild Adventure Park, with smooth traffic – a very convenient location. Overall, the hotel was a professional and welcoming place with excellent service, very child-friendly, and great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the Lantern Festival, and dining options are readily available. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean and tidy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. "First time giving a bad review to a hotel! I want to say that I have stayed in so many hotels across the country in the past few decades, and this is the first time I have encountered a situation where they cannot add extra quilts! Was told to just add a blanket! The blanket was given to me nakedly! It didn't mention putting on a quilt cover. I want to ask, since so many people use this blanket close to their bodies, has it ever been washed? ! There is no hygiene at all! "Without City Celebrity and Jinling Management, this place is a complete mess. The lady at the front desk who checked me in had a sullen look on her face. I told her Ctrip upgraded me to an executive level, and she said the 7th floor was better. It wasn't my first time staying here, so didn't she know which floor was better? I asked which direction the 8th floor was, and her system clearly knew and told me it couldn't be seen?! Then, after I saw through her, she even asked me which floor I wanted to stay on. Don't you train your staff, especially the front desk, in basic courtesy? She was just a petty bourgeois. I'm giving her this bad review."
