Scenic Hotels in Zigong

"Great little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.  The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river."

"This was my first trip to Zigong, and after some research, I decided to stay at the newly opened Huesing Hilton Hotel. After checking in, I received a warm welcome gift of cookies, which were absolutely delicious! Let me start with the lobby lounge. It has a great design aesthetic with sophisticated color schemes. I stayed in a deluxe suite, which had L-shaped floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view. The scenery was fantastic; I could look down over Nanhu Park across the street, a lush green expanse. The room's facilities were brand new, the decor was tasteful, and the small details were thoughtfully considered. I especially want to mention the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas; the shower stall was large, and there was plenty of hot water. The restaurant also deserves high praise. The breakfast spread was well-balanced, with both Chinese and Western options, and the variety was impressive. A special shout-out to the Chinese restaurant – the food was outstanding! I tried a spring-themed set menu where spring elements were visible in the main dishes and even the staple food. The plating was meticulous and refined. I also had Zigong Salt Gang cuisine, which was spicy, fragrant, and expertly stir-fried with perfect heat. I later learned from the staff that the chefs in the kitchen specialize in Cantonese and local cuisine, which explains the high level of seasoning, cooking technique, and presentation in every dish. Furthermore, I absolutely must mention the hotel's location! It's simply superb. Turn left when you step out, and you're at Huesing International Food City, offering all sorts of dining, drinking, and entertainment options. And directly across from the hotel is Nanhu Park, which is huge – practically the hotel's 'backyard.' It's incredibly convenient for walks or exercise in the morning and evening. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It's definitely the top choice in Zigong."

"This stay experience really exceeded expectations! As soon as I entered the door, I was cured by a gentle and elegant environment. The front desk service was warm and intimate. The check-in was efficient and smooth, and the whole experience was super good. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the layout was comfortable and transparent, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, lying down was like trapped in the clouds, the sound insulation was also great, quiet and not noisy, and it was particularly stable to sleep. The details are particularly well done, the toiletries are complete, the dry and wet separation is clean and neat, and the lighting atmosphere is gentle and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the overall price is super high, the service has temperature, the environment has texture, I will choose this next time, I really recommend it!"

"👍Very good, the second stay experience is also very good. Because I like to eat Zigong cuisine, I occasionally stay in Zigong for two days. I have stayed in some hotels and B&Bs. This time I brought my elders here and wanted to be more comfortable. The first stay experience was good, so I booked this hotel again this time. The experience can be said to be better than the last time. The hotel staff has a good service attitude, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, and the layout is reasonable and comfortable. "The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel."

"Our stay at the Zigong Huidong Hotel was a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The service provided by front desk lady Li Jiaxin was particularly commendable. She proactively and enthusiastically coordinated a room upgrade for us, offering an executive room upgrade. She also provided detailed information on nearby attractions, including the popular bridge and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. The room was clean and bright, with newly renovated modern amenities. The rooftop view offered sweeping city views. Even more surprising was the personalized service: not only were there complimentary late-night snacks, but refreshing drinks were also delivered to the room, instantly relieving the summer heat! When families checked in, the staff proactively inquired about their needs and were truly responsive. The location is impeccable, a 5-minute walk from the popular bridge and conveniently connected to the high-speed rail and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zigong for the Lantern Festival! A special thank you to Li Jiaxin and the team for their thoughtful and thoughtful service, which made my trip full of surprises and touching moments!"

"Environment: A fantastic hotel 🏨, just a wall away from the high-speed rail station. The location feels like it's practically attached to the station. Service: I checked in after 11 PM, and the front desk staff were still very welcoming and even offered complimentary breakfast. Facilities: The only downside is that the hotel offers movie screenings. If I have the chance to come to Zigong again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is located in China, and nearby hotels are gathered, especially this building, which brings together Vienna, all seasons and Atour. Atour is in the middle and the whole season is on the upper floor. Although there is a special ladder, the shared ladder is a bit mixed. The breakfast is also on the same floor. The taste is generally the same. It is better to go out to find street specialty snacks. Booking Chinese merchants is indeed very convenient for food here. The net red store will basically open a branch here. There is also a net red punch wall nearby. It is convenient to take a taxi to see the lights and go shopping. The service is quite satisfactory. You can self-service laundry and robots come to your door!"

"The 4 points for service are given to the lady at the front desk. The slippers in the room are not disposable, they are disinfected and used repeatedly. It is a suite, but it is actually separated by a door panel in the middle. The two beds can look at each other, and the door panel cannot be completely opened. Damn, the 2 toilets and 3 sinks in the room are a bit unnecessary. The beds are all in the same room and there is no separation. For 4 people, there are only 3 bottles of water and 3 pairs of slippers. I asked the service staff for more pairs of slippers. They didn't bring it until the day I checked out. The cleanliness and breakfast were okay. Parking was free. It's quite close to Fantawild. It's just across the street."

"Every time I go to Zigong, I stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Huashang. It has a good location, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, and the elevator also accepts card entry. It has a good value for money. There is a free coffee machine downstairs which is nice."
