DDavid MosherWe had an amazing stay here during our visit to the lantern park. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many options. I recommend the noodles. We would certainly stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is the best choice for visiting the Lantern Festival during Chinese New Year. It's a 15-minute walk to the venue, and there's a home-style restaurant and a bubble tea shop downstairs. Getting to the high-speed rail station by ride-sharing app takes less than 15 minutes. While prices are generally high during Chinese New Year, the service here was exceptionally warm and friendly. They offered complimentary snacks in the room, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful noodles with chili. The only downside is that the platform in the room is a bit easy to trip on. Oh, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – Zigong salt, a lantern, and a small horse pendant!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

GGuest UserThe best time to live, the first time I came here, it was a bit late, the big bag and the small bag together the staff saw it and helped me carry the luggage. The inconspicuous little corner and the real roses are really beautiful. It can be seen that it is attentive. There are robots that can send things. The children like it very much. There is also a glowing fireplace in the lobby. The children thought it was really hahaha. It looked very advanced, and the laundry room also had night security guards who helped to take the clothes to wash. The flattered service attitude was really not said. It is very convenient to get a parking ticket the next day.

I didn't see the hotel's name sign on the facade, but the photos of the reception area shown on the booking website make it easy to identify when you arrive.
The staff doesn't speak any English, not even at reception. However, everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful, and Google Translate is a perfect tool.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It matched the photos. However, there was no designated luggage area.
The bedding was excellent. The bed was very large. There was a sitting area (sofa and coffee table). Outlets were usable without an adapter (for European devices). The Wi-Fi was adequate.
The bathroom was large and very clean. A minor drawback was that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel weren't always refilled. But if you ask, they'll do it without any problem. A hairdryer was available.
Daily housekeeping.
Bottled water was provided daily. Electric kettle provided. Space intended for a small refrigerator... but unfortunately not available.
Quiet environment.
Breakfast buffet. A perfectly satisfactory selection, but potentially limited for those who prefer non-Asian options. The staff was very attentive, providing me with cutlery every morning.
Bonus: Free self-service washing machine (and detergent). Dryer also available. Super convenient!

I really like the intelligent design of the whole season, and the room lighting mode is adjustable. This time from Gong just in time for cooling, the air conditioner in the room is very fast and not dry. The water pressure in the shower is stable, and a hot bath is especially relieved. The warmth of floor heating has upgraded the whole stay experience.
Breakfast is also great, the taste of spring, the stew bean dry like 👍

As soon as we checked in, the receptionist immediately noticed we were a couple and proactively and enthusiastically recommended a room with a bathtub. She patiently explained the room's highlights, and the check-in process was incredibly fast. Her warm smile throughout was so comforting!
We were instantly amazed when we entered the room! The bathtub was clean and elegant, and the soft lighting created a wonderful ambiance – perfect for taking amazing photos! The room's overall decor was simple yet romantic, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable – not a speck of dust in any corner. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with stable pressure, and a relaxing bath instantly washed away all the fatigue of our journey. It was perfect for couples to unwind!
From the proactive room recommendation to the attentive service, we felt the hotel's dedication in every detail. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and attractions nearby, making it excellent value for money! We've already recommended it to our friends and family, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in a couple's trip. A huge thumbs up to the receptionist and the hotel!

GGuest UserMy classmate came from Gongwan during the summer vacation. I found a hotel online without any trouble. It has a decent decoration style, is very clean, and has good service. Didi takes a taxi to Huashang for more than three yuan, and it's a very close straight line. Will recommend to friends.
