正安特別涼快，我們從重慶過來的，在正安這個酒店是最好的了，非常的可以，環境非常的不錯，大廳特別大氣，有吉他展示，早餐很豐富，前台妹兒52號很熱情的，耐心的指引我們，避暑勝地，下次再來

當時按照評分順序找到的這家酒店，排名第一。衞生環境都很不錯，但是萬萬沒想到房間設施有嚴重問題，首先樓上的空調外機一直不停的滴水在我房間外面的空調外機上，導致一直有滴滴滴的聲音，影響睡覺，半夜喊了保安來解決，最後我要求拿塊布擋着才算解決。第二，洗漱台下麪居然有三塊鐵皮全部漏在外面，存在嚴重安全隱患，洗漱的時候很容易把腿劃傷。致使我拿浴巾的時候沒注意劃破了手臂（因為他家浴巾就在洗漱台下麪）。保安來了以後我把情況全都告知了，一直到第二天退房也沒有任何人和我聯繫過，衹能説環境衞生都很一流，服務真的有待加強。
