Regarding the shower issue you reported, we have arranged for our engineering department to inspect and replace the shower sealant. We will ensure that every room is thoroughly inspected and replaced to prevent the same issue from occurring again. The hotel has three elevators. Due to the highest floor being 16, the elevators can be a bit crowded during peak hours. We will work on a solution as soon as possible.
