"There are many dining options near the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly—they not only served us tea upon arrival but also helped take our luggage to the elevator entrance. The room is equipped with smart devices, and Xiaodu can help control the lights, curtains, TV, and even play music. Around 3:30 a.m., we were woken up by a fire alarm. All guests were evacuated to the street across from the hotel, where staff and firefighters could investigate the issue. The alarm was not lifted until about 5 a.m., allowing us to return to our rooms to sleep. When checking out in the morning, we learned that a drunk guest had shattered a fire alarm. The hotel gave us a full refund—a very responsible approach that deserves praise. The hotel should strictly prohibit guests from smoking in the hallways. Even though non-smoking rooms are requested, the smell of cigarette smoke drifts in from the corridor. I hope the hotel can improve this"

"Extremely satisfied with the twin room! The room was clean and bright, and both beds were generously sized and very comfortable to sleep in. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Colorful Danxia Geopark, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the facilities were complete and functional, making our stay worry-free. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Zhangye."

"I used to think that chains like Home Inn and GreenTree Inn were just budget hotels, and probably pretty average in all aspects. However, my recent stay at Home Inn Business Travel in Zhangye really surprised me in a good way. I was traveling with my two kids and we stayed in a suite. It was incredibly clean, with two separate rooms, two bathrooms with showers – plenty of comfortable space for everyone. There was even a mini-fridge, so I could make iced Americanos with my Starbucks instant coffee. The breakfast was also very generous. If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be that our suite, 8316, was on the third floor right next to the laundry room. It got a bit noisy at night when guests were using the washing machine and dryer. Also, I was in a rush during check-out and accidentally left behind two hangers I had brought myself."

Cleanliness was exceptional; the sheets and bedding were pristine and fresh, with not a single speck of dirt even in the bathroom corners. Xiao Bai at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, processing everything efficiently and even thoughtfully recommending local dining spots. Her warm and professional service truly made me feel valued. The value for money here is outstanding, and I'll definitely be back!"

From the moment we got out of the car, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with our luggage all the way to our room, which is a service I haven't experienced in many other hotels. The front desk service was great and they were very helpful in resolving any issues. The room had so many thoughtful touches, like cucumber slices for a facial mask, a foot bath bucket for a relaxing soak after a long day, and a humidifier. They truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area."

"I heard this is the best hotel in Zhangye city. It's quite large and relatively new. The front desk staff were very attentive, enthusiastic, and proactive. The hotel facilities are also quite modern, and they even have robots for room service, which ensures guest privacy and safety. When checking out, they offered a souvenir mini-fan, snacks, and water, which was a really thoughtful touch. However, the only minor flaw I found was the poor soundproofing in the rooms. I could clearly hear normal conversations in the hallway, let alone kids yelling in the morning – that actually woke me up! Perhaps they could look into adding some further soundproofing. 👍 Overall, my stay was very pleasant. P.S. The sour plum juice in the lobby was delicious, and it helped me complete my Zhangye 'punch card' album!"

"I booked a king-size room, which was very spacious. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, but the shower was oddly located inside the toilet area. It featured a smart toilet and electric curtains. There were four bottles of water in the room, two outside and two in the minibar. I was surprised to find a towel rack on the vanity – this was the only hotel with one I encountered during my entire Qinghai-Gansu Loop trip! In the drawer, there was also a book called "History of Zhangye," which I browsed through; it was a detailed introduction to the geography, history, and local customs of Zhangye. Dinghe International and Jianguo Puxin are in the same building, with Dinghe International occupying floors 11-15 and Jianguo Puxin on floors 5-10. There was a breakfast buffet in the morning, and the front desk even provided a complimentary breakfast for my child."

During check-in, they clearly explain the hotel facilities and services with great enthusiasm and patience! The hotel also features a direct ticketing counter for Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park with no hidden fees, as well as a well-equipped supermarket and restaurant."
