We take your feedback very seriously and regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Regarding parking, we are negotiating with villagers for more parking spaces and will look for suitable parking solutions around the B&B. We will also provide guests with clearer parking instructions when they check in to avoid similar misunderstandings. Regarding the problem of dampness and musty smell in the room, since we are renovating an old house, all objects are restored according to the ancient system, so there will be a little dampness. We have strengthened inspections and enhanced ventilation and moisture-proof measures in the room. At the same time, we will update the air conditioning system to ensure it functions properly and provide a comfortable accommodation environment. Regarding the mosquito problem you mentioned, we will take emergency measures to eliminate mosquitoes. We understand that parking and walking distances can be a challenge for guests who drive their own cars and carry luggage. We are evaluating providing a shuttle service to facilitate our guests' travel. We take your feedback very seriously and promise to take appropriate improvement measures.
