Nice and good location for couple to stay. Near mall and attractions. A lot of shop nearby. Got instruction to get the key.

The booking process was confusing from the start. Upon reserving, we were asked to join a WhatsApp group where we finally received the real address—turns out the location pin on the website is fake. The instructions provided for key collection and parking were poorly coordinated and quite unclear. When I arrived at my room, I was surprised to find housekeeping staff still inside (see 1st picture). The room wasn’t fully cleaned yet, and after they left, the floor is smelly as hell due to the dampness from mopping. Although the smell improved once the floor dried, it was quite unpleasant at first. I also had trouble with the washing machine (see 2nd picture). The assigned power socket didn’t work, so the housekeeping staff awkwardly moved the entire machine to use a different, inconvenient socket. Even then, the machine kept turning off repeatedly and I had to restart it manually several times. The following day was even worse. The iron provided was a foreign plug type, and when I plugged it in, the entire unit’s electricity shut down. I had to reset the power manually and wait nearly an hour for a replacement iron, which never arrived. I later learned the housekeeper brought the iron to the wrong apartment and didn't bother to update us. I literally went for another MapleHouse apartment and ask for the other guest for another iron. When I eventually got to use the same model iron, the power shorted out a second time. Out of frustration and urgency, we ended up going out for laundry service as we had pressing matters to attend to. Additionally, the toilet was smelly and not well maintained, and the water heater had a poor pressure. Overall, my one-night stay here was filled with numerous inconveniences and issues—from poor maintenance and weak customer service to a complete lack of communication and low-quality amenities. I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience.

The facilitis very bad. Toilet floor stuck, matteres very hard. Back pain and cannot sleep as well

there was leaking and not a proper place for stay cation. as this was last minute booking and we arrived late no choice but to stay at the said property.

No physical place to make contact. Pin point in Google is fake. Place name is common name, not existed. Only gives local phone, no email, no line. They demand all from customer to do eg. deposit, document, etc. I used other person local phone to call them even before 12AM, they were not helping at all. I screenshot all evidences. Why Trip.com registered common name hotel with incorrect location??

Location strategic, very close to my course area. Walking distance only 10 minutes to my seminar hotel. Near to shopping mall. Quiet and nice view..

No guidance on how to check in. even whatsapp also no one replying. On the same day, we need to call them for guidance where to collect the apartment key. need to call a couple of times. collect at different block at block B1 but staying at block E. One of the room at Level 27, Room No 19 having their refrigerator problem. when you on it, leaking will happen & floor will be wet. my suggestion to look into other hotel near i-city theme park instead of this apartment.

The location is great. Me snd my friends had a joyfull new year eve. Walking distance to icity. The building kinda confusing without big sign board

Worst experience i’ve ever had in my life.Starting off with stucking at lift because the lift card is not working. When we thought the hustle is over, turns out the unit card is not working as well.Message them in whatsapp and called multiple times, took them more than one hour to respond and send people over to help out. Seen our message but no reply and didn’t even want to settle the problem at all. Have to contact customer service in Trip.com. Spend 2hrs just to go in unit.Very disappointing.Would never recommend anyone there. Sleep there for a night, woke up with whole body itching and rashes.

The second time I stay in this hotel. Location is good however you still need to drive or grab to the nearest shopping mall. Quiet and clean room. Checking in and out was pretty fast.

Nice environment and clean and easy to walk to I city ~ a lot of fun place to visit ~
