Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again.

This hotel is amazingly nice and clean. Rooms Are big. The location is very accessible to shops and eateries. The staff are pleasant and nice.

It’s a relatively inexpensive option for downtown Banff with large rooms and a balcony. Great breakfast and friendly staff. It’s an older hotel which has been updated well but the common areas are pretty small.

The building and furniture were old. The pillow had an unpleasant smell and was uncomfortable. The breakfast menu wasn't great, but the coffee at the first-floor café was good.

Most things were great (location/cleaniness/service/facilities) however thought it strange the bed was right by the door to the room. If the bed had been 1 inch bigger one would not have been able to open the door to the room.

Good location, room is very spacious, suitable for family. Hotel design is quite modern as compare to other hotels around the area

Customer service training needed at the front desk and family got food poisoning from the breakfast.

Great staff, spacious clean room, quiet overnight, good breakfast and hot tub.

Great value for money. Room is comfortable, Breakfast ok, but Hot Tub and Sauna after a day of skiing is awesome to have at your doorstep

The hotel was great , the room was big, staff was friendly, breakfast was good but everyday the same. Overall my experience was fantastic, i would stay there again. My only complaint was parking. I chose this hotel because parking was included , but spaces are very limited 2 out 4 nights i had to park on the street and wake up very early to move the car.

We really enjoyed the large room as well as the large walk-in shower. The breakfast was proably the best breakfast that we have ever had at any other motel or hotel. Our stay was delightful, Thanks, Henry

Room is next to the steam pool, location wise is in the middle of banff downtown can be easily located , parking is free, room is ok for couple. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided they charge for that. Breakfast is included basic eggs, sausage and ham. Price is ok if you dont want to spend too much .
