We had a nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, there’s a McDonald’s right next door and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast is very good. Smart TV is also very good which has YouTube, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime already signed in. The room is small but functional, plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was okay, although there were lots of small insects in there. Overall for the price it was excellent.

The room is reasonable, but with a low-quality TV (few channel options and poor image) and the worst part is the old air conditioning, which gets out of order and therefore sometimes you can't turn it on or off.

Avoid room 309, for R$321 you could stay in a much better hotel, parking fee is R$35, room is extremely old, fridge is all rusty.

The hotel is well organized and close to everything. The breakfast is very good, the only caveat is that the bathroom did not have a cloth to dry the floor. Apart from that, it was a good stay.

I always stay at this hotel, well located and practical.

I spent two days there and the room was not cleaned, just the bed was made. The breakfast was good. The service left something to be desired. I liked the apartment.

The hotel is very well located, there is a McDonald's next door, very close to the beach, the staff are very polite, I really liked the room, I found it comfortable, spacious and the TV has internet access! The breakfast was reasonable but functional... the only thing that was lacking was the entrance hall (just a worn and broken sofa) which made me apprehensive about whether the room would be the same as the reception, but then I was pleasantly surprised! I recommend it for short stays or for those who don't care about a pool... this hotel doesn't have a pool.

Poor quality cleaning, terrible pillows, lack of blanket/duvet in the room, bad shower, low quality breakfast.

Bad experience! The photos on the website do not match reality. Bad service, moldy entrance armchair, reception bathroom with a giant odor that made us almost faint, not to mention the dirty mirrors. Horrible.

I know Rede Andrade and I was really surprised, not so much by the size of the room, which is very small, but by the appearance, stained mirror and. Broken in the bathroom, which also had a horrible odor, stains on the walls and ceiling, cobwebs, even though it was just a quick stay due to an airport connection, it was really disappointing…

The stay was pleasant. Wonderful buffet. Friendly and attentive staff.

Well organized, minimal luxury but clean, quite nice breakfast and excellent location

Excellent value for money, well located in Bia Viagem, very close to the Boa Viagem Fair.
