During the peak summer season, there are many tourists, most of whom are traveling with children. Noisy is inevitable, sometimes together. The room is occupied by someone else, or we cannot arrange it together for various reasons, but we can only try our best to arrange it. Two days after your order was booked, the card swiping problem was indeed due to negligence at the front desk, which failed to detect the room card activation failure in time. As for the damage to other facilities, we did not receive any feedback from you on the day you checked in, and it was not possible to extend your stay the next day. We were not informed of problems such as the exhaust fan and toilet floor drain in time, so maintenance was not done. Because we basically check the room and cleanliness before new guests check in, it is normal for facilities like this to have temporary failures during their stay. Generally, we will report it to the front desk in time, and we will repair and maintain it immediately when it does not affect your stay, or directly We will change your room. This store is a small individual store, run by a family. We do not hire professional store managers and service personnel. Our youngest son is only 10 years old and has no concept of service at all. The reason why "old people are like the old people, young people are like the young people" I haven't given you the most enthusiastic response.
