It was a great feeling to stay here. The rooms are clean, the people are quality, and the receptionists are very welcoming.

All things are good but I called receptionist she gave me that sense of out of patience as I called her for shuttle many times but no shutter comes and she hangs up a phone ahead of me with a big kuang sounds I make her unhappy.breakfast is good and drivers are good I really thump up for them.

Near the airport, easy for transportation anywhere.

Excellent environment, friendly and welcoming staff. Makes me want to stay again! Recommended to everyone! This will be my first choice when visiting Phoenix! At night, they picked me up at the 44th floor and took me to the hotel. The service was really great!

Coffee and tea are available in the lobby. There are open-air seats outside, where you can enjoy the breeze and drink tea. There is also a swimming pool, but I didn't have time to enjoy it.

After arriving at Phoenix Airport Terminal 3, I asked the staff: There is a place where I can wait for shuttle buses from different hotels to pick me up. I saw Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc., but there was no Holiday Inn Express Hotel bus. However, the webpage when I booked the room said there was a free shuttle. In the end, I had to call an Uber to go to the hotel, which was not satisfactory!

The hotel reception is very nice, the room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is very simple, and you can hear the sound of airplanes taking off and landing, but it doesn't affect your sleep. The overall cost performance is still very high.

The hotel is very close to the USS Midway Museum. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel room was in impeccable condition and the breakfast buffet was also very good and rich in variety. The only drawback is that parking is too expensive.
