Nice and close to Milano Centrale station. I only stayed very briefly arriving in the evening on the bus from Bergamo and catching an early train so I didn’t get to see all they have to offer and I missed breakfast but they offered me a croissant to take with me which was kind.

Not bad but it could have been better. One of our friends came to visit us but the hotel staff didn't let us bring him into our room for even half an hour and they were rude in this matter. Other than that, the location is perfect and the rooms are good.

Well located, 6 blocks from the train station (Milano Central). The room is too small, the bathroom is very small. A person over 100 kg cannot sit on the toilet. The shower is plentiful but only has lukewarm water, no hot water. Abundant breakfast with good variety.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station. It's in a relatively quiet neighborhood with a supermarket nearby. You can take the subway from Milan Central Station to the Cathedral, or go to LIMA Station on Corso Buenos Aires on the other side, both are three or four stops away. The facilities are pretty good and the breakfast options are quite rich.

We were left with a terrible impression! For four people we were offered a room of about 12 square meters, there was little air, it was difficult to leave, and at night it was cold and we asked for additional blankets!!! We tried to change this accommodation for a more comfortable one, but the administrator said that everything was occupied. We ordered and paid for a 4-bed room, but were allocated a double room and added 2 more beds!!! It turned out to be very expensive, cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, Irina and friends.

I booked about a month in advance, paid in advance and upon arrival they diverted me to a poorer quality hotel! The location is fairly close to milan centrale station. However, the neighborhood seems a little shady. The rooms are very small, and the amenities were provided in it. Breakfast provided was decent, and the staff was courteous with basic needs. Two different metro stations and tram stations are close by.

The Best Hotel? Well, frankly no! It doesn’t come close. I know Milan is expensive but this hotel is just about average. I was only in Milan for one night and was arriving late so I didn’t want to pay £190 to stay at the same hotel as when I was last in Milan. Last year that hotel (at exactly the same time of year) was £90 with breakfast. A combination of Covid and Brexit I suppose. The Best (nowhere near) Hotel was very dated, the furniture in my room was circa 1970s and the breakfast was limited and poor! On the plus side it was only an 8 minute walk from Milan Centrale and it had a nice garden.
