"Booked 10 nights for a business trip. Suite is huge and equipped with sufficient amenities for long stays (e.g., kitchen, gym). However, service can be improved. My room phone didn’t work since the first day. Reception came up and said it has to be fixed by the service provider. When asked when it’ll be fixed, the staff said he’s unsure as he has to wait for the service provider to update him. One day, my duvet sheets came off and made me noticed that the duvet was stained. I was grossed out by it so requested for a change, twice. They mentioned that housekeeping missed my request the first time, but after the second notification, they apparently still missed it. Till the last day, the duvet was still unchanged. Hairdryer was really old which emitted a strange whirring motor sound when I used it, but it was still usable. On the second last night, smoke started emitting from the hairdryer. This, the staff manage to rectify the next day…. Overall stay was ok, but service could really be improved."

"Excellent place to stay in Sydney, a great alternative to a city hotel if you require multiple bedrooms or a kitchen. Clean serviced apartments with comfortable beds and full kitchen amenities. Our 2 bedroom had a balcony. The area “Green Square” is a tad uniform in design, prone to strong winds and a little dreary. That said, it’s very conveniently located above Green Square station which is one stop from Central and two stops from the airport so accessing all of Sydney’s major landmarks is no problems at all from this place. It has fairly decent cafes around it, lots of fast food outlets and a supermarket all within a stone’s throw. Heated pool and gym both decent. The only gripe and warning I have, especially for international tourists, is their $3 card surcharge. In this “cashless” hotel that is illegal behaviour and not permitted under Australian law. When challenged it was not applied to me as I stated I was more than happy to pay the security bond with cash. All businesses must afford you a way to pay that does not attract a fee in this country. If the owners want an extra $3 I suggest they apply it to the room rate to avoid these kinds of displeasures. Fortunately the service at reception is fine, so I did not reduce my ratings based on this unnecessarily upsetting and stupid policy the hotel has. I do hope it is scrapped as it is tacky and unnecessary charges like these detract from the service standard achieved by the competent staff employed at the hotel."

"Great location, just a short walk from train station. There is a woolworths on other side of train station, very convenient. Only one or two train stops and will reach city centre. Was given free breakfast, with a 24h access to coffee machine. Only first day didn't have housekeeping, we asked for housekeeping on second morning and subsequently had our rubbish cleared and soaps refilled. Overall a great stay!"

"A highly intelligent serviced apartment that has everything you need and nothing you don't! I'm very satisfied. The only thing is that the TV doesn't have an HDMI port, so I couldn't use Google Cast. If you're going to change your TV, it would be best to change it to Samsung or LG!"

"I felt the attentive service from the moment I walked in - the lady at the front desk had a super sweet smile, and immediately gave us cartoon stickers and children's bracelets when she saw the children. She also thoughtfully upgraded us to a family suite. The tent toys and cartoon bedding in the room made the baby jump with excitement!"

"It's less than 30 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes to the city. I think the hotel is where it is. Check in to the first floor of the bar ㅎㅎㅎ Thanks to you, I rest well"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and seamless. Room was spotless. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in and extra touches such as waters in the mini Fridge and communal kitchen with juices and cereal go a long way to making this pub accommodation, a boutique Sydney stay. The hot water needs some serious work which no doubt was in the works"
