"住了5天，説一下感受。 優點： 酒店檔次比較高，內部設施，衞生都很好，新酒店，建設標準都比較高。 缺點： 1，早餐欠佳，種類和口味等同一般商務型酒店。 2，位置較偏僻，周圍環境比較荒涼，吃飯，買東西和打車都不方便。 3，人情味不足。住了5天，退房晚一個小時也不行。當然於理而言無可厚非，畢竟規矩定好的退房時間，但於情而言，有些傷老客户的心。 回去午休發現保潔已打掃了衞生，為了不影響他們二次更換，午休都是在沙發上坐着眯了一會。"

"這是難得的一次完全滿意的住宿選擇。 來岳陽前，我糾結了好久如何選擇住宿，由於期望靠近洞庭小鎮，所以看了珀爾曼、K度假和熊貓園的一家，雖然這三家位置也都不錯，甚至更好，但每家都有自己缺陷。 珀爾曼性價比沒有全季高。 另外兩三家的環境不錯但房間的細節遠不如全季考慮的周到。 之所以選擇全季，是因為對於一個陌生目的地來講，靠譜，永遠是第一位的，不要太期望驚喜。 而全季，恰恰可以滿足對於住宿體驗本身較高的標準以及比那些五星級酒店更高的性價比。 這家全季，雖然很新，但是房間沒有一點點裝修的味道，哪怕整宿關閉窗户也沒問題。 房間很寬敞，對於度假需求的我們來説，這是意外之喜。 電燈與空調控制很便捷，一絲也不繁瑣。 床褥浴巾很舒服。 淋浴體驗更是很贊，不愧是5.0，出熱水僅需要不到四秒鐘，這是我住過的所有類型的酒店裡最快的一個，對於舟車勞頓滿身疲憊的住客來説，這點細節，也算很重要。 馬桶也調整過，沒有其他門店裡的那種，一坐上去就啟動一下噴水的設計模式。 大屏幕電視清晰度很高，遙控器按鍵反應也很迅速。 最驚喜的改變，是除了小櫃子上擺了兩瓶水，小冰箱裏還放了四瓶水，一共足足八瓶子!這在其他酒店是不可思議的。 我覺得這體現了華住的理念和競爭優勢。 華住有萬店，農夫山泉的採購量無可爭議的位居前茅，壓低成本的力量越來越大，競對長期不容易跟進。 一次性給補充足夠甚至超過預期的水，對於住客來説很舒服的感覺，沒有缺水焦慮。 還能降低前台客房服務成本。 何樂而不為，但這一點，其他競對也學不會。 最後，是整體服務水平高，完全沒有那種新開業的服務態度好但手腳生疏的感受落差。 比如前台很麻利的工作流程，比如我們遇到樓層客房服務員大姐，提出夜燈敏感度有點高希望調整下，等我們下午回到房間，夜燈的問題已經完全解決了，謝謝昨天上午在12樓當班的客房服務員。"
