"國慶計劃雁盪山之行，住在樂清距離雁盪山1小時車程。選擇了開元，國慶價格合適。由於一早就要出發，沒到早餐就餐時間。提早聯繫了酒店總枱，幫忙早餐6點就能打包早餐，事先提出想品嚐特色炊飯，一早到達餐廳，餐廳的服務員就準備好了早餐，這種能為住客考慮的酒店，必須點贊。餐廳的服務人員也很熱情，非常感謝。住宿期間，叫外賣也有機器人幫忙送至房間門口。在房間就能品嚐到特色小吃。
唐風奉茶禮荔枝紅茶:在21樓辦理入住的時候，前台主動提供，非常好喝。
服務：提前一天，電話確認入住訊息，主動告知停車場地點。方便自駕駛入。停車場有地上和地下兩處，地下停車場稍顯陳舊，可能是大樓公共停車場。
環境：房間環境整潔。周邊晚上也挺熱鬧，樓下有麥當勞，附近距離網紅小吃1公里左右。
總體住宿體驗很滿意。為雁盪山之旅留下了美好的回憶。"

The owner is an expert in marathon, cross-country, and triathlon sports. The whole hotel is also full of vitality, health, leisure and relaxed atmosphere. Cozy, attentive service, fresh seafood. "During the May Day holiday, I visited Yandang Mountain and chose to stay here. Just outside my window is the Yueqing Sports Center. Nearby is Nanhong Square, which has many restaurants offering local Wenzhou specialties.
The drive to Yandang Mountain is just over an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service was excellent. The room provided drip coffee and takeaway cups, which was a really thoughtful touch! It was a great way to grab a drink while out and about!
This newly opened hotel has new facilities and is clean. The smart voice control system is very convenient!"

MM220337****This is a very distinctive boutique homestay, right at the entrance of the scenic area, with fresh air and a beautiful independent courtyard. The whole homestay gives people a very comfortable feeling. It is quieter and more comfortable than a star hotel, and has more special guarantees than ordinary homestays. The boss used to be in the timber business. All the furniture in the room is made of very valuable mahogany, high-end and exquisite. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom has a smart toilet, and there is plenty of hot water. The yard, balcony and room can all see the scenery directly. The proprietress said that she has obsessive-compulsive disorder. The whole homestay is tidy and clean, and it can be seen that it is taken care of with care. The proprietress used to be a tour guide. Her warm service was refreshing. As soon as we arrived at the store, she served us delicious Tremella soup. The tea made with mountain spring water and dendrobium flowers were also very fragrant. When we left, she gave us mahogany chopsticks as a gift, and helped us plan a reasonable and relaxing route. The delicious breakfast was also made by the proprietress herself! It’s also nice to eat at the farmhouse nearby; the bamboo shoots from the mountains are especially fresh and tender. All in all, it was a worthwhile trip and worth staying again next time. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserWe departed from Hangzhou on May Day and booked a triple room. Because the previous guest extended his stay, the landlady contacted us in advance and upgraded us to a family room. We arrived at two or three in the morning because of traffic jam, and the boss was waiting for us.

HHEATHER KATHLEENWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a bit concerned before arriving because I had read that this place is not well known to foreigners and we speak no Chinese. However, we received a warm welcome from the hotel reception, and faced no issues communicating. Thank goodness for translation apps and patient people! The hotel provides pick up from the train station; we took a taxi and were reimbursed since that was easier for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful, so don’t worry if you speak no Chinese: they will find a way to understand and help you.
The hotel is within walking distance of two scenic areas. For the others, the hotel arranged a driver for us, although we could have managed with ride hailing or local buses. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities.

As soon as I got off the bus, I saw the proprietress standing at the door of the homestay. I went to the room after checking in. It was indeed clean and refreshing. When I came back from playing in the evening, I drank tea and chatted with the boss and his wife in the lobby. It was really relaxing and comfortable, just like being at home.

The coasters in the bathroom were moldy, the light strips at the head and foot of the bed fell off, there were very obvious water cup marks on the bedside table, and the bathroom was not clean. The rain hit the banana room. I heard that the banana tree was frozen to death a few days ago. The small lawn outside the window may also be due to the weather. It is yellow. This homestay doesn’t seem to have the original feeling, and the price of 700 is not worth it. It is understandable that the hotel is old and the plants are frozen to death, but the hotel’s hygiene is not good, and the decline in management level is still due to human factors.

Breakfast was very good with a large selection! Just what we needed before the via ferrata
Cleanliness was good and I loved the bathtub and the shower water pressure was great.
Only thing is the room had a slight hm, water or mold smell that wasn’t pleasant. It was mainly ok to ignore but when sleeping it was bothersome.
That said the bed was SO comfortable and the pillows were great.
