"When I first arrived at the hotel, I was really impressed. It’s a new, modern, and stylish five-star property — everything looked clean and elegant at first glance, and I thought it was a great place to stay. However, after spending the first night, my impression changed. The housekeeping was really disappointing. After I used the bathroom, it was supposed to be cleaned the next day, but they only replaced some towels and didn’t actually clean it properly. The trash bins were not emptied, there was still rubbish on the floor, and it seemed like they didn’t even vacuum or sweep the room. It felt like the only thing they did was make the bed and leave. I also went to the laundry room to wash some clothes, but there was no detergent or soap provided, which was quite inconvenient. On top of that, my friend and I were two guests in the room, but they only left one bottle of water — and even that one was already half-used. For a five-star hotel, that’s completely unacceptable. Overall, it’s not a terrible hotel, but the housekeeping and cleanliness definitely don’t match a five-star standard, and it wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again."

"The lobby is tall and spacious, and the rooms are clean and bright. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Xiuhu Park. Our room directly faced the lake, and the lake view was stunning during the nighttime light show! The hotel's unique service of including three meals in the room rate is a great idea! It saves guests time searching for restaurants for their daily meals. The buffet restaurant on the 22nd floor has a pleasing ambiance, delicious food, and great service! The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the commercial city, which was very convenient for us! In particular, the lobby manager proactively greeted guests, asked if they needed anything, and promptly helped resolve any issues! Highly commendable! 👍"

The doorman helped with our luggage upon arrival, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. We even received complimentary welcome fruit in our room, and there were free bottled water and snacks available on the upper floors – a very thoughtful touch! The room was clean and hygienic, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. They also have a self-service laundry room, which was incredibly convenient for us to wash and pack our clothes. Breakfast was another highlight, and our foreign guest was particularly impressed!"

They ran out of cutlery at breakfast and the cleaning service only replaced one towel, the wifi didn't work in my room despite them sending 2 technicians. For a quality brand of hotel zi expected service excellence. Having said that the hotel did make an effort. Rebecca the hostess at the breakfast buffet was fantastic . The hotel is also right above San Ting Road Night Market, though it gets incredibly crowded during holidays. It's a short taxi ride to the Trade City. "The hotel was generally good, but there were some things I didn’t understand. For a hotel like Marriott, I was surprised that there were no drinks in the room and the refrigerator was empty. The restaurant in the lobby was nice and the food was tasty. However, many of the reception staff did not speak English, which was inconvenient. Overall, this hotel felt very different from other Marriott hotels. For me, the price and quality did not match. The only thing I really liked was that breakfast was delivered to the room on time. However, when we ordered fruit and juice to the room from the restaurant, it took more than an hour to arrive, which was extremely slow."
