RRomeryIt was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

LLarry liu@I highly recommend the Lavande Hotel Yiwu International Trade City! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the trade city. Restaurants and shopping are all nearby, making business trips a breeze. The service is incredibly helpful. The front desk proactively helped with parking and provided hot towels. The housekeeping staff replenished supplies daily. The lavender-themed room had a light, refreshing scent, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing for a perfect night's sleep.
The amenities are comprehensive, including a free gym and laundry facilities. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu!

GGuest UserAmazing hotel, no words to express how kind and warm the hotel staff is! The lady at the reception, I think the manager, is the most amazing lady who just is very concerned about you and helps you in everything, kudos to her, she even came to deliver me water bottle herself and one guy who made me delicious hot coffee everday. The hotel is very clean and is in wonderful location near to the Yiwu high speed railway station, just 10 mins. Also, the room is very spacious and affordable. I am amazed by the giving power of this hotel in such affordable price. Also the breakfast spread is one of the best in entire China I would say, what a beautiful breakfast and everything is tasty and worth trying. There are number of food items there which are thoughtfully made for foreigners too, amazing. I have no words to express the kindness of chef, the breakfast serving people, the hotel reception lady and one guy at the reception. I am very very thankful to everyone for this great service you are giving at your hotel. I am going to recommend this hotel to everyone and shall come back again to stay here. Thank you.

As expected of a 5-star hotel, the facilities were generally good. The water pressure was strong, and the room was clean. A special mention goes to the disposable toothbrushes, which were surprisingly good quality. However, my only complaints were the overly soft mattress and flat pillows, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
The service was outstanding. Front desk staff Yuri and Rina, the Guest Service Manager (GSM), and a female housekeeping supervisor (whose name I regrettably forgot) were all excellent. They promptly addressed any issues, ensuring a very pleasant stay.

Perfect for sourcing trips or attending trade fairs. That said, there aren’t many eateries around the hotel, so meals might require delivery or a short ride out.

My room was very spacious and clean, much more generous in size than I expected. The smart controls were a nice modern touch, and the bed was comfortable with good linens.
A really thoughtful detail? They provide a foot soak tub right in the room. And after spending hours walking through the massive trade center, I totally understood why. Your feet will thank you.
However, do note that around 5pm, the noise from car horns outside gets pretty loud, especially if your room faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on a higher floor or bring earplugs.

The location between District 2 and 3 is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and small touches like the foot soak tub show they understand exactly what guests need after a long day in Yiwu’s massive trade markets.
