It's a very nice hotel with a prime location, close to the International Trade City Zone 2. The hotel staff are also very friendly, especially those at the front desk. The breakfast is very sumptuous, offering both Chinese and Western options.B

Right in front of the hotel, there is a mall food court, Starbucks, and a famous milk tea and convenience store 1 minute away. And across the overpass, Yiwu Trade mart is 5 minutes away. You can walk from the hotel. However, the room smells of cigarettes and is dusty. However, friendly staff are waiting day and night. (Except for the male staff at night.) If you want location and convenience, this hotel is the best.

A very pleasant experience, the room facilities were clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to be close to the commercial city. The front desk Yuri service was very good, and the concierge Steve was very friendly in helping me deliver my luggage to the room.

Excellent 8-Night Stay – Great Location and Service We stayed at Shangri-La Yiwu for 8 nights, coming from Romania, and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing after long days of work. The location is ideal — just a short drive from the Yiwu International Trade Center, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service throughout our stay was consistently professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yiwu, especially for business purposes.

I always stay here when I travel to Yiwu. This hotel is at a great location. Facilities are nice. The room is large and clean, the service is also very good, overall I am very satisfied. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel itself was perfect, location, service and cleanliness. We faced an issue with the air conditioning system the first two nights. That made our sleeping experience really bad and difficult. To be fair the whole hotel had the same problem. They tried their best to fix the issue. But they couldn’t. Regarding this matter, i will definitely stay there again.

Because my flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel after 11 p.m. I thought it would be inconvenient to check in so late, but I didn't expect the hotel's service to be so considerate. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped me with the check-in process. They also proactively told me that the hotel had prepared a ”warm late-night service” for guests who arrived late. It turned out that the hotel, considering that some guests may arrive late due to flight or transportation reasons, specially prepared evening milk, small snacks, and fruits for guests to enjoy free of charge. This detail made me feel very warm, especially when I arrived late at night and could immediately enjoy the food, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The arrangement of the room is also very satisfactory, the space is spacious, the decoration style is simple and grand, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene is impeccable. The facilities in the room are complete, including high-definition TV, mini-bar, safe, intelligent air-conditioning, etc., especially the design of the wet and dry separation in the bathroom is very humanized, the hot water supply is sufficient, and the quality of the toiletries is also very high. The next morning, I experienced the hotel's breakfast. This is the second time I am staying at the hotel and it’s absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and light beverages and and drinks are on every hallway. It gives a feeling of home and comfort. My sons loved and it even suggested we came here the second time. Thank you for the little gifts when checking out. I will visit it.
