I extended my stay because it was so good. The exquisite afternoon tea, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are all highly recommended. The room was clean, hygienic, and free of any odors. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir gift to eat in the car, which was very convenient. I especially love the Yiwu Jindou Hotel and will definitely come back again.

We had a minor issue when checking in, but the front desk lady was very proactive in resolving it and even upgraded our room. The hotel is conveniently located right across from Yiwu Tiandi, making dining and shopping very easy. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety, and I was pleasantly surprised that the housekeeping staff changed the bedsheets and pillowcases daily! However, the underground parking garage really tests your driving skills, and the parking spaces aren't suitable for standard car sizes. If that could be improved, there would be no complaints.

Without a doubt, this is one of the finest hotels I have ever experienced. Every detail was perfect—from the elegant rooms and breathtaking lake views to the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and their attention to detail was remarkable. The hotel is peaceful, luxurious, impeccably clean, and offers outstanding facilities. The beautiful surprise room decoration made our special occasion even more meaningful. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and this one truly stands out. I cannot recommend it highly enough. A flawless experience that deserves more than five stars!

The location is great, and we even extended our stay for another night. The breakfast was pretty much the same, though, so a bit of variety would be nice. The rooms are fine. We even received a local Yiwu souvenir when checking out, which was a thoughtful touch.

I give Yiwu Yayue Hotel five stars. My family and I arrived with our two boys and the front desk welcomed us with real warmth. The staff stayed friendly and helpful through our whole stay. Breakfast offered many choices, which made it easy to keep everyone happy. Room service worked fast and kept our room tidy and comfortable. We were also touched by the handwritten note in English. It made the boys smile and made us feel at home. Our stay was very delightful and this hotel has never failed us. I recommend it without hesitation.

I saw this hotel recommended on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and decided to bring my kids to visit Yiwu International Trade City during the holidays. We picked this highly-rated hotel, which is about a 16-minute drive from the trade city. To sum it up, the family room with breakfast was quite good value for money. The hotel offers free parking, though it's not a dedicated hotel parking lot. The room was spacious enough and quite clean, but the outlets weren't very good – my charger kept falling out. The breakfast looked plentiful, but the taste was really just average, and the fruit wasn't very fresh. However, the staff (the auntie) was very friendly. If you don't absolutely need to stay right next to the trade city, this is a decent option.

Great location and a brand new hotel with modern facilities. All the staff were incredibly polite and attentive to our every need. We stayed for two nights, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Xinguanghui shopping mall, making dining very easy. It's also within walking distance to the District 1 of the Trade City. Getting a taxi was also very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff are really welcoming and friendly, and they've already put up New Year's decorations, making the whole place feel very festive. The issue of how to handle these multiple packages immediately made me anxious; with so many items of varying types, self-handling would be very troublesome, and traveling back and forth from another location was simply not feasible. Taking a chance, I immediately contacted the hotel staff and explained my special situation, requesting that all stored packages be located, packed, and forwarded to a new address. I expected such a non-standard, additional request would be complicated and likely rejected, but to my surprise, the staff member was incredibly thoughtful, promptly accepted the request, and proactively and patiently handled my unique needs throughout the entire process. After clarifying my request and recipient information, the staff member wasted no time and immediately went to the storage area on the hotel's B0 level. Following all the shipping information I provided, they meticulously searched for and verified each package one by one. Because there were many stored items, finding, verifying, and categorizing them required a lot of time and effort, but the staff member was thorough and organized throughout, not missing a single item, and successfully helped me gather all the stored packages. After locating all the packages, the staff member did not handle them carelessly but followed up on all subsequent procedures. They carefully helped me verify the number of packages, their appearance, and the integrity of the items. After confirming everything was correct, they meticulously organized and packed them, ensuring the multiple items were properly arranged to prevent bumps or loss during transit. Simultaneously, they proactively kept me updated on the progress at every step, making the entire process clear and transparent, allowing me, despite being far away, to be completely at ease and worry-free. From locating, verifying, organizing, and packing to arranging forwarding, the entire process was seamless, professional, and efficient, perfectly solving my problem of being unable to pick up items from a different location and needing urgent forwarding. The service attitude throughout was gentle, patient, and proactive. Faced with a guest's sudden and special request, there was no perfunctory response or shirking of responsibility; instead, their exceptional service details resolved all my concerns. I've always believed that truly excellent hotel service isn't just about the room environment and facilities, but more about the unexpectedly warm service and the sense of responsibility in resolving issues. Yiwu International Hotel truly practiced empathy and thoughtful service for its guests, treating a guest's small matter as a significant one. Yiwu, despite being a county-level city, is quite bustling. I stayed at this hotel for a conference and found it convenient that guest rooms and conference rooms are accessed by separate elevators. The lobby bar staff were very attentive, promptly clearing tables and refilling drinks multiple times. Breakfast was plentiful, and the noodles and side dishes tasted great. The swimming pool had a comfortable water temperature in the evening and wasn't crowded. Overall, I had a really good experience this time. I'm planning to bring my family to Yiwu again during the National Day holiday.
