Excellent 8-Night Stay – Great Location and Service We stayed at Shangri-La Yiwu for 8 nights, coming from Romania, and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing after long days of work. The location is ideal — just a short drive from the Yiwu International Trade Center, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service throughout our stay was consistently professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yiwu, especially for business purposes.

A very pleasant experience, the room facilities were clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to be close to the commercial city. The front desk Yuri service was very good, and the concierge Steve was very friendly in helping me deliver my luggage to the room.

The hotel itself was perfect, location, service and cleanliness. We faced an issue with the air conditioning system the first two nights. That made our sleeping experience really bad and difficult. To be fair the whole hotel had the same problem. They tried their best to fix the issue. But they couldn’t. Regarding this matter, i will definitely stay there again.

It is close to major commercial areas such as Yiwu International Trade City and Huangyuan Clothing Market. It is very convenient for business travel or shopping. The hotel's exterior design is grand and modern, the lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple yet luxurious, giving people a high-end and comfortable feeling. Because my flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel after 11 p.m. I thought it would be inconvenient to check in so late, but I didn't expect the hotel's service to be so considerate. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped me with the check-in process. They also proactively told me that the hotel had prepared a ”warm late-night service” for guests who arrived late. It turned out that the hotel, considering that some guests may arrive late due to flight or transportation reasons, specially prepared evening milk, small snacks, and fruits for guests to enjoy free of charge. This detail made me feel very warm, especially when I arrived late at night and could immediately enjoy the food, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The arrangement of the room is also very satisfactory, the space is spacious, the decoration style is simple and grand, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene is impeccable. The facilities in the room are complete, including high-definition TV, mini-bar, safe, intelligent air-conditioning, etc., especially the design of the wet and dry separation in the bathroom is very humanized, the hot water supply is sufficient, and the quality of the toiletries is also very high. The next morning, I experienced the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast is very rich, with a combination of Chinese and Western styles, including traditional porridge, noodles, and buns, as well as Western-style bread, salad, and fried eggs, and the taste is also very good. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service staff are enthusiastic and considerate, and the dining experience is very pleasant. It is worth mentioning that the hotel also provides freshly ground coffee and freshly squeezed juice, which are of very high quality and add a lot of vitality to the beginning of the day. In addition to the hardware facilities, the hotel's service also made me very satisfied. The staff are always smiling and friendly, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or in the room service, they make guests feel at home. In particular, the hotel's ”warm late-night service” not only reflects the hotel's care for guests, but also makes me feel their professionalism and meticulousness. This kind of thoughtful service greatly enhanced my good impression of Yiwu Global Hotel. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete. Gym, self-service laundry, SPA, real gun shooting, suitable for guests with different needs. I specially went to experience the gym, the equipment is very new, the environment is very clean, and exercising is very comfortable. If you have time, you can also go to the SPA to relax, the environment is elegant, the skills are pure, and it is very suitable for relaxing the body and mind. Overall, the experience of staying at the Yiwu Global Hotel was perfect. Whether it is the geographical location, hardware facilities, or service quality, they are all impeccable. In particular, the ”heartwarming late-night service” for guests who arrive late made me feel the hotel's care and concern.

Great location (7 minutes by walk to the market), really good breakfast (wide choice of Chinese and European dishes, good quality), staff is trying to be very friendly and helpful. Water drain in the shower was broken and they couldn’t repair it but managed to shift to a new room on the same floor within 10 minutes. That’s really good. Need to take better care of bed linen (stains) and floors (hair and other rubbish, in amount really too much for me). No cigarette smell - definitely big advantage. Be careful - safe box in the room can be easily removed and taken out by 1 hand.

This is the second time I am staying at the hotel and it’s absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and light beverages and and drinks are on every hallway. It gives a feeling of home and comfort. My sons loved and it even suggested we came here the second time. Thank you for the little gifts when checking out. I will visit it.

I’m just have disappointed regarding the night reception in first night he not speak polit with guests  Also the room temperature is very hot and could not be adjust  It’s long used for trip.com but I’m looking to have  Compensation For not happy condition

Perfect stay for a family trip to Yiwu. The hotel is by a small lake surrounded by gardens. It’s near the botanical gardens and a small zoo. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful although they didn’t speak English or any other foreign language. The hotel seemed understaffed because we had to ask several times before someone got done. Overall, totally recommend for families and couples for a romantic escape.
