The room was spotlessly clean, with all kinds of facilities in good condition and fully equipped,L making everything super convenient from the equipment to the daily necessities. The hotel lobby also has a coffee bar for guests to enjoy. The staff were friendly and attentive, patiently answering questions and providing a truly heartwarming service throughout. I will definitely choose this place again when I come to Yiwu next time.

What made the children even happier was that the band-aids brought out by the staff were very cartoon-like and cute, with cartoon characters that the children liked. My go-to whenever in Yiwu. Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast with some halal options. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is perfect for walking around to the nearby restaurants.

We got there with no online reservation, and the stuff didn’t care for us at all, they treated us poorly like they didn’t see us, no good customer service at all. We went out and made reservation online (trip.com) and when we came back in everything was different, they were nice and the check-in process was very quick. The room was clean (except the bathtub). One of the rooms, had a living room without chairs. The bed was really comfortable. The view was ok (but we didn’t come for the view). Overall it was ok, but I was disappointed on how we were treated just because we didn’t book the rooms online.
