"Excellent value! We booked a Club Executive King Suite for two nights. We didn't even need to leave the hotel for meals during our entire three-day stay, as buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all included. We're already planning our next stay! The hotel's second floor connects directly to Xingguanghui Shopping Mall, which is a huge plus, especially during the hot summer! Plus, International Trade City Zone 1 East is conveniently located just diagonally opposite the Starbucks on the ground floor – incredibly handy! The lovely lady at the front desk even added me on WeChat to provide 'butler-style' service, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also offered a late check-out – fantastic! All my planning for this trip certainly paid off!"

I often visit this city for work. During a previous stay at this very hotel, I ran into trouble when trying to rent a computer and print documents. I had an urgent need to process some files, and while I wanted to use the hotel's facilities, the whole process turned out to be incredibly convoluted. It took a significant amount of time and effort, severely hindering my productivity. Back then, I just casually mentioned the issue to the front desk, not really expecting any action, as many hotels tend to simply brush off guest feedback. This time, however, upon checking in, a front desk staff member warmly greeted me and said, ”Sir, we truly valued your previous feedback and suggestions. To better accommodate our business guests, the hotel has specifically set up a shared business center.” I was both surprised and thrilled to hear this; I never imagined the hotel would actually take my words to heart and implement changes so promptly. Eagerly, I went to check out the shared business center. The space was bright and spacious, decorated in a minimalist yet modern style. Desks and chairs were neatly arranged, and it was fully stocked with top-of-the-line office equipment – computers, printers, and copiers – all brand new and operating at impressive speeds. Crucially, the center also offered fast and stable Wi-Fi, enabling me to connect with clients and manage documents seamlessly from anywhere within the space. As an added bonus, complimentary coffee and tea were provided, offering a perfect way to relax and recharge during work breaks. Throughout my time there, staff members frequently checked in to offer assistance, showcasing truly attentive and thoughtful service. With this fantastic business center, all my worries about renting computers or printing have vanished, and my productivity has soared. It's a place where I can fully concentrate on my tasks, feeling as comfortable and efficient as if I were in my own office. I was genuinely impressed and touched by the hotel's proactive response. They didn't just let guest feedback go in one ear and out the other; instead, they actively took steps to improve. This customer-centric service philosophy and practical, results-oriented approach are qualities every business should strive for. It's often in these seemingly small details that a hotel's true quality shines through. As a result of this stay, I now have a completely new perspective and a much higher regard for this establishment. When I next visit this city for business, I will absolutely choose this hotel again without a second thought. "I always stayed at Mariott but it was my first time to stay at Sanding. 95% is same. Even the room layout and furniture. Breakfast is better than Mariott as they have more variety. The only thing I didn't like was they have too many paid options or advertising everywhere"

"I chose this hotel for a business trip with colleagues. The location is excellent—it’s situated in the most bustling part of the city center. The room is spacious and very clean, and the staff at the front desk, particularly Li Li, provided excellent service. When we checked out, they even gave us a local specialty as a gift. Overall, we were very satisfied, and the breakfast was also quite good. The facilities are quite good as well."

"Everything was good about hotel but there are few cons 1. Staff does not know english and try not to help people who don't know chinese at all 2. Spa and Massage coupon are just bait. Everything was overpriced and you can't redeem 3. The dryer of the hotel was not working. It was self serviced service"

"The front desk service was proactive and incredibly welcoming! They even proactively offered an upgrade to a non-smoking floor room. The hotel boasts an excellent location, thoughtfully providing a free shuttle service to Yiwu International Trade City, and late check-out is also available. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly amazing; even though it's free, it's definitely four-star quality! Even China Southern Airlines flight crews choose to stay here. Due to the exceptional service, we decided to extend our stay and enjoy another day in Yiwu. If you're coming to Yiwu, I highly recommend staying here!"

"The hotel is old and the shower head is a bit leaky. The big bathtub is very popular with kids. Remember to bring your own plastic bag for the bathtub. The hotel charges 15 yuan for each. Good parking. The soundproofing is a bit bad. There is constant sound of mahjong next door. But the breakfast buffet is really good. The shopping district is very close. KFC and Luckin are just across the road."

"I give the hotel a five-star rating for its parking service! The ground garage is spacious and easy to park, and there are dedicated guides, which is very friendly to self-driving parties. What's more surprising is that there are super large parasols at the door, so you can go in and out calmly in the hot sun and heavy rain. "I travelled here alone but I saw many families and couples also stayed there. This hotel suitable for everyone. One of the USP is it is very near to all the area and near to famous night market just 300m . My stay was very comfortable and enjoyed it. The reception staff are cooperative and one the staff named 小鹿 ( Lucy) very helpful and she speaks very well English which is great help for foreigners. This is very near to International Trade centre too. Over all it’s good hotel to stay anyone."
