"Very nice place and wonderful service. Due to heavy snowing, we were late but they waited for us patiently. We supposed missed the dinner time but they were very friendly and considerate and everything were well prepared when we arrived under heavy snow with an empty stomach. They concered our safety over all other issues and gave us a very warmly welcome. The private onsen is free of charge and they offered the most juicy apples in the world for all you can eat!! "I had an excellent experience at Amagawaso. When I arrived, I was greeted with sencha, warm steamed buns, and the sign-up sheet for the private onsen. Staying at Amagawaso felt cozy and familiar, like visiting family. The inn has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Even had some sakura right outside my bedroom window. The owners are so warm and kind. They made me feel right at home. Amagawaso is just a short walk from the public baths throughout Shibu Onsen and the local bus stops which take you up to Snow Monkey Park. I would certainly stay here again."
