The room was great – spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The customer service staff were very responsive, promptly addressing all our inquiries. The elevators felt secure, requiring facial recognition for access, and it was easy to hail a taxi right outside the entrance. The location was convenient, with the Science and Technology Museum and Huangcuo Beach both being quite close. Our children absolutely loved their stay and had a wonderful time. My only minor suggestion would be to provide disposable bath and hand towels, which would make the stay even more perfect.

The hotel's environment was fantastic – spotlessly clean and free of any strange odors. The service was exceptional, with staff who were both warm and professional. The room itself was comfortable, featuring soft bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. I'll definitely be back!

I felt compelled to leave a review for this guesthouse because it truly exceeded my expectations. 1. The room was spacious and bright. 2. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the bedding. 3. The bathroom was completely odor-free, and the shower was fantastic – truly a hotel-level experience. 4. The air conditioning blew strong, cold air, which was a huge plus. 5. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. 6. The building itself had top-notch security, with facial recognition required for all entries and exits, which made me feel very safe. As someone who is quite particular about cleanliness and often finds accommodation to be the biggest headache when traveling, I was genuinely blown away by this place!

The guesthouse was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated; I was immediately impressed by its overall ambiance and style upon entering. With three rooms (all featuring double beds) spread across two floors, it perfectly accommodated our group of five. Each room also had its own private bathroom, which made getting ready (showering and doing makeup) incredibly convenient for everyone. Its prime location right on Xiamen Island made getting around super easy! For a summer trip with my girlfriends, finding this guesthouse was truly excellent value for money – much more affordable than a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed getting ready together, sharing late-night snacks, and chatting, which made for a truly comfortable and heartwarming experience.

The homestay room was quite spacious, but every single toilet was filthy. We checked in around 6 PM, and I'm not sure if the room had just been cleaned, but the floor felt sticky and damp, giving a general impression of uncleanliness. The conditioner was also very diluted and had an odd smell. The only upside is its location directly opposite Baolong Yicheng.

Overall very value for money given the large space and cheap per night rates. Room also came with a large projector with China equivalent of Netflix to watch shows. Cleanliness was not perfect but good for a 9/10. Only 1 pillow per person and extra pillows were not provided on request. Location was right beside a big shopping centre. Although abit far from touristy spots, Didi was cheap and plentiful so it’s okay. However, given the value for money, this is still a 9.9/10 booking.

The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall with a convenience store downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. The only downside was that a guest in an adjacent room was smoking in their bathroom; the smell immediately wafted into my room upon check-in and was so strong it made me feel nauseous. However, I reported it to the staff, and a housekeeper promptly came to deal with it. Their attitude was excellent, which was great.

Facilities: The amenities are very comprehensive. Hygiene: Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area is beautiful. Service: The service was excellent, and the host was very friendly. This place is ideal for family stays. Transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get anywhere, and parking is a breeze. There's also a large shopping mall right nearby with all sorts of dining and entertainment options.

I usually never leave reviews, and I really wasn't planning to this time. But I only stayed one night, and it's been almost 10 days since I checked out, yet you're calling and messaging me, accusing me of complaining to the platform or 'reporting' you. Seriously, don't be ridiculous. Was nobody else staying there during that period? Am I the only guest with the surname Xu? Some people are truly something else. On another note, your rooms truly didn't match the photos. I was willing to pay extra for an upgrade, but their pricing was just absurd. And surely, it's not my fault that the room was misrepresented, is it? Does a 'special offer' room automatically mean it should be substandard? Does it mean it should be rubbish? For over 400 yuan, even for a 'special offer' room, I could easily find a really decent hotel. It's just that bringing my dog made things inconvenient. Anyway, First, the room I initially booked looked nothing like the photos. If it's a 'special offer' room, you should explicitly state that it won't match the pictures. Don't wait until guests have already checked in. People often arrive with a lot of luggage, exhausted from driving all day, and even if the conditions are bad, they won't want the hassle of changing rooms, opting instead to just make do for one night. The first room definitely bore no resemblance to the photos, and it was quite dirty. They eventually moved me to another room, which wasn't far, so I agreed to the switch. That room did resemble the *other* pictures they sent me, BUT (it was still completely different from the photos on the booking platform). Second, after moving to the second room, the staircase was open-tread and quite shaky, presenting a significant safety hazard. Even an adult would be hesitant to use it, let alone a child. And the mattress – I'm genuinely flabbergasted. Has no one else reported this? It felt as if there were steel rods inside, painfully jabbing me, creating distinct ridges. It was uncomfortable just to sit on, let alone lie down. Both beds had the same issue, which led to my friend having to sleep on the sofa. Third, your shower head gets dangerously hot! I almost scalded my hand just by turning the water on and off; it has absolutely no insulation. I also accidentally touched it while showering and got burned. Fourth, your customer service attitude is truly subpar. They either give completely irrelevant answers or say they'll check with the manager, and then there's complete silence. Oh, and the underground parking lot truly stinks. Let me say it again: I truly wasn't going to leave a review. If I had wanted to, I would've done it immediately, not waited ten days or even half a month. I just can't fathom why, ten days after I checked out, you're randomly calling and messaging me, accusing me of complaining to the platform. Are you deliberately trying to stir up trouble? When I initially booked, I saw so many negative reviews, but I figured, 'it can't be *that* bad, right?' Well, it turns out I'm just another statistic. How naive of me! 😅 Haha. Honestly, you folks running this guesthouse should really consider a career in comedy. Haha. And please, stop bothering me. *You're* the ones harassing *me*. Don't go looking for trouble. I'm utterly speechless. 😓

The place is very clean and has excellent facilities. With a live music venue right downstairs, it's become my go-to spot whenever I'm in town for a show. The location is absolutely superb – both the subway station and a shopping mall are conveniently close by. Definitely my top choice for catching a performance!
