Room was okay for 4 people, can fit in nicely. All other amenities were good, but they are quite old

Only 3 minutes drive to City. The accommodations are quite odd. Pillows, bed and blankets need to change. Breakfast available at RM17/pax. Very simple breakfast.

Highly affordable budget friendly hotel This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean, they renovated the property. The UTC was very near Just 3 mins walkable distance from the hotel, i had some work with the immigiration. So i choose to stay at this place. Rooms are quite large all amenities are available, airconditioner was nice and perfect. For the price i paid Its really a better place to stay here.

The air-conditioning needs to be serviced. The bedsheets need to be fully washed.

The building is too old. moldy wall. stained bedsheet . aircond is dripping water. cleanliness is bad. moldy smell in the room. will not stay here again

It's good enough for our family of 3 during our stay in Kota Kinabalu for my mum's appointment at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The location is convenient, easy to move around.

Good location. Good service. The breakfast is ok. Maybe the room cleanliness can be improved. Heaters that do not heat the water are not suitable for babies.
