Because it was during the May Day holiday, the campground provided Jiugongge snacks and breakfast. Transportation around the camp is convenient for eating and wandering. The facilities in the room are very complete, including a TV and stereo, and a swing in the small yard. You can also barbecue and eat hot pot in the yard. RVs are not as hygienic as big hotels, but they are still OK in B&Bs. Originally, we all said that this trip could be rated as five stars until we checked out and left. Because it rained on the day we checked in, our two children came back from playing outside with mud on their feet. We used the towels provided in the RV to wipe their feet. Then at night, the two children were drawing on the bed and accidentally drew on the quilt cover. Made a few moves. After we checked out and left, we received a call from the service staff saying that the towels and quilt covers could not be washed and we needed to pay for it. After we agreed to pay and asked about the price, someone in the background of the phone first said 500, and then the service staff said that the quilt cover was 280 and towels were 38. But after we sent a screenshot of the online selling price to the customer service and asked for the product to be registered with the Price Bureau, the customer service finally changed his mind and sent a purchase list of the product and agreed to pay us a total of 120 yuan in compensation based on the purchase price. The matter was settled in the end, but if we hadn't insisted on seeing the purchase price, the camp would have insisted on us paying a high price. Is this a normal hotel compensation process or is this camp taking the opportunity to rip off customers? Please identify future customers carefully!
