Great hotel on pedestrian tourist street. 10 min from metro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great staff. Rooms as described.

It was an overall nice stay. We got a free upgrade in a bigger room, which was very nice. There were some stairs in the way to the room, which was unfortunate with the luggage. However, it was overall clean and everyone was nice.

The hotel service was good. They upgraded my room with a window for free. Located near to the city wall, bell and drum tower. Many souvenir shops around the place. The only thing I would say is, they can have at least minimum power backup for the rooms when there is a power cut.

Location is strategic. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Working desk is available. Easy access to restaurants and souvenir shops. Very close to tourist attractions.

I spend 1 night at this hotel. The location is nice. In the middle of a market. They gave me an upgrade to a window room which had a really nice view. The room was really nice, clean and worth the price.

The room had not been cleaned in ages, it was a bit repulsive. The bathroom in particular was very bad.
The location is very central, but it would be quite loud, if your room is facing the street. You also can’t go there by car.
The receptionist was very nice and found a solution right away, when we complained. I even forgot some things in the room and I was able to later retrieve them.
We only stayed one night and then booked a different hotel.

It was great! The reception is really nice gave us a free upgrade and late checkout when i told them what time i was leaving. The cleaning staff came everyday and was very helpful! There was also free laundry which was great! The location was really good, however heavy foot traffic because of how popular this place is. Added some photos of the food I had nearby!
