這家諾富特應該是雅高直接管理的三個字形容體驗“爛透了”真的是應該就是舊酒店改造而成的，進門前台看着就非常的不行也沒有諾富特的衣服，整體服務態度也非常一般感受不到任何的親切感。。。第一天晚上的房間插座距離床大概有1.8米左右下方也沒有桌子讓你充你的設備，舟車勞頓的緣故第二天睡到下午被保潔敲門敲醒，在按了勿擾的情況下私自刷卡想要進入房間，門沒有落鎖的話或者説我人如果不在房間呢保潔是否就私自進入了呢？
和攜程反應攜程方服務態度非常好這邊也感謝，酒店給出的補償方案換房間+早飯+延遲退房。
看好房間後我們出門進行遊玩，晚上回到房間坐在轉角沙發處可能碰到了老化的落地枱燈。。。直直的就砸下來球頭松的不行，砸到了肩上包括房間內燈光控制除了總開總關基本全壞（看視頻）廁所燈和房間燈帶聯動基本無法衹開廁所的燈晚上起床極為不方便，早上被熱醒發現空調吹出熱風當時以為是酒店空調壞了結果走到走廊涼快的不行。。。酒店也沒有給出任何的解決方案，我真的不知道一家名字叫諾富特的酒店怎麼能管理成這副樣子，爛透了簡直給旅行都蒙上陰影，大家能不住這家就別住吧實在是太差勁了，房間玻璃隔熱做的也是一坨基本是沒有任何的優點。。。。。

滿滿的都是什麼雅高新悦界，哪裡來的“諾富特”酒店！NOVOTEL的標準也根本達不到！酒店的設施設備、前台的員工着裝、大堂的環境……遠遠不符合諾富特品牌！請不要損害諾富特在我們消費者心中的地位……體感太差…

房間比較大，空調位置安排合理，洗澡水很nice，電視衹有正常信號，沒有那麼智能，床品還好 ，沒有吃早餐 ，無法評論，問了一下，50元一位 ，離3號線比較近，步行五分鐘 ，酒店入口比較內陷，正街上衹有招牌.推薦指數4顆星

房間比圖片上還大，床品是記憶棉的，軟硬適中，躺下就不想起來（睡眠淺的我居然一覺到天亮，隔音真的好！）。浴室乾濕分離，熱水來得快，洗漱用品是某高端品牌（不是雜牌），細節很到位。最驚喜的是前台小姐姐，主動幫我升級了景觀房（窗外能看到城市夜景），還送了歡迎水果。退房時因為趕時間，前台直接幫我打包寄存了行李，下午取的時候還提醒我帶傘（當時外面下雨了），服務真的暖到心坎裏。

The room is clean and service is good. We chose a bigger room but I think a normal size room is good enough. More important is the ventilation and air conditioning issue. There is always a little different smell or odor of air especially when rooms nearby is smoking. Different taste of smell of smokes comes into the room from air conditioning ventilation or through the gap I think. I cannot sleep well because I am a non smoker. For 5 nights I am inhaling a mini version of second hand smoke when sleeping, but after a few days my sense of smell is numb of the odor!
