衞生：衞生還不錯 布草上有黑色污漬 毛巾上有幾個破洞
環境：環境不錯 周邊打車方便 樓下有超市
服務：你們的電視投票不好用，打電話給前台説，除了什麼影音大床房還是什麼，其他的基本沒有信號，沒有信號你搞什麼私密投屏啊，直接連不好嗎？電視投屏一個最基本的東西，連續兩天説信號不好，除了酒店的官方Wi-Fi還有一個屋子裡的客廳電視Wi-Fi，我問那個密碼是多少，酒店説8個8，我説不對試好幾次8個8，前台還非得説就是，覺得人不認識你那8個8？然後前台叫客房過來看一下，我説了兩遍房間號，前台還沒記住，也就沒用。後來回個電話説讓客房經理看一下，我説不用了，前台來一句：那是什麼意思呢？ 不會説話就別幹前台。
前台好好培訓再上崗吧 説話能把人氣死
好評是給第一天辦理入住的前台女士的，給備註了15:00退房
然後最後一天14:27打電話催一次，不到15:00又催一次，第一次見這種酒店，着什麼急？

去了幾次，辦入住超級慢，而且攜程定的每次去竟然第一句都是查不到，我不知道你這是生疏還是怎麼的，反正就這幾次的辦入住，讓我擱前台能站將近十分鐘（就我一個人沒有排隊）
