We stayed there as a family of 5 with young children. It is very close to Qiaozikou metro station exit E.
Cleanliness is very important to us and this place was spotless. The bathrooms were very clean with no bad smell at all. We had plenty of hot water and all necessary amenities for a few days stay.
We used the washing machine and dried our clothes everyday on the top floor.
Most importantly, the owners went out of their way to help us every single time. We were very touched by their kindness. We definitely want to stay here again if we come back to Xi'an.

O atendimento é o ponto alto da acomodação. Chegamos fora do horário do check in, e o recepcionista nos esperou para além do seu horário de trabalho. Ele sempre respondeu nossas mensagens e solicitações prontamente, e nos orientou quanto ao transporte público para o Exército de Terracota. Grata uma vez mais pela acolhida!

民宿跟酒店一樣，一樓大廳還有空調跟洗手間，能存放行李還能休息。我們10點多到的，上一批客户還沒有退房，我着急去兵馬俑。老闆把1樓的公衞收拾出來讓我洗漱沖涼，真的巨巨方便。房間衞生很乾凈，尤其是洗手間沒有異味（氣味高敏人羣哈哈）。老闆很細心，房間有夾子能把窗簾夾起來不會透光，還有化粧鏡和穿衣鏡。前台都有人在，感覺也很安全。

The location is quite convenient, especially for transportation. It's easy to get a taxi to the subway station, so you don't have to walk a long way with your suitcase. The front desk offers butler service, and any needs are quickly addressed. Early check-in can also be arranged. Takeout can also be delivered directly to the building. The refrigerator and washing machine in the common area are both usable. However, the property doesn't have an elevator, so if you're traveling by stairs, I recommend using caution.
