首先位置還是特別好的，在鐘樓和南門之間，晚上十二點周邊也不荒涼 設施：設施，住的是套房，裡外都有電視，但信號不是很好。華住的還住過幾個外地的全季，我感覺比這裏強一點，按説漫心應該比全季好一點才是。也可能是這個熱點區域，建成較早麼。 衞生：衞生沒有什麼問題，整體較好，但手盆下水好像有點反味。 環境：環境還還不錯的，包括早上餐廳，人也不是太多，不排隊。 服務：服務不錯，前台還比較熱情 有一個問題就是沿街晚上會有摩託車的聲音，附近還有個夜店，吵，睡覺不好的管前台要耳塞。怎麼鐘樓附近這麼多酒吧夜店的。整體性價比還不錯吧。

蜜月旅行來的西安，因為之前住過漫心，就直接定了，我們定的是兩天單間+兩天套房的形式，第一天入住單間，浴室裏麪的頂噴一直漏水，冰箱也用不了，聯繫了前台，第二天給我們免費升級成了套房，服務態度很好，解決問題也很積極，這點給好評。房間總體衞生、環境都可以，就是設施有一點點問題，後面三天住的套房那個空調開了之後有機械摩擦的聲音，猜測可能是缺潤滑油了。其他沒什麼，總體可以給到好評。

The aunt who cleaned the extension is also very responsible, and sent more water to our room. The hotel's laundry room and gym are equipped with complete facilities. In short, I will go back to stay next time.
