We absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and were impressed with the decor of the hall once we entered the hotel. The room was spacious and the staff were attentive. The stay came with free breakfast which we felt was too oily for our taste.
Other than that, they served different desserts daily from 6-9pm as well. Free laundry services were provided which was very much appreciated!
All in all, this hotel is definitely value for money, and we can see why it is so highly rated with over 10k reviews.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Rooms are clean, big, modern, and comfortable. Staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Perfect location near the South Gate and Bell Tower. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Easily a 10/10 — would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel with very spacious and clean rooms. The staff were always so kind and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection and was absolutely delicious. A free shuttle to the airport is provided, make sure to reserve a day in advance. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Farah for seeing us off.

Every staff member was attentive, friendly, warm, and courteous. The hotel's location, near a residential area, offered a quiet and comfortable environment. The air conditioning was excellent. While the hotel is a little dated, it was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Daily housekeeping was satisfactory. The hotel breakfast offered an extensive variety, featuring many local specialties. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. This is the best choice in Xi'an, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

One of the best hotels we stayed at on our holiday! Hotel definitely deserves 5 stars for the facilities and service.
The location is very good, you are 10 minutes walk from the City Wall and also Yongningmen subway station (lift access available).
Our booking only had 2 breakfasts included but upon check in the receptionist added the 3rd breakfast for free (as it was assumed the 3rd guest was a child before checking in). Breakfast buffet (Chinese and Western) was really great, all of the selections were delicious.
The room itself was very spacious, the only thing to note is the aircon turned loud sometimes but we just turned it off when we slept. Bathroom was huge!
As with many hotels, delivery robots will bring your ordered food up to you.
All in all a very modern and practical hotel, we will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great stay at this hotel. Yang and Liu especially were very helpful and welcoming. I originally booked for 6 nights but changed to only two nights via trip.com (tge night prior to my new departure)... there was no penalty, in fact a full pro rata refund of the unused 4 nights! Excellent. 2pm late checkout was in luded as standard and extended upon request until 2.30pm. Would recommend and stay again for sure.
