I will stay here every time I come to Xi'an. The facilities are complete and I highly recommend it. The swimming pool is very nice and I had a lot of fun. Thanks to Alan for his enthusiastic service and helping me upgrade the room. The service is thoughtful, free parking is available, and the breakfast is also delicious. I recommend it and will come again next time.

My bestie arranged a party at this hotel. I didn't understand what it meant to stay in a hotel for one night. After the experience, I felt very good. Several people swam in a beautiful swimming pool, and there was a small hot spring pool where we could chat. At night, we had supper and chatted in the suite. The layout of the suite was very reasonable. The sofa, coffee table and bed were connected and separated, and there were two bathrooms! The front desk staff was very gentle. Her name was Lili. She reminded me that my reservation did not include breakfast when I didn't realize it myself, and immediately helped me book breakfast for the next day. She also cared a lot. I felt that she was very considerate of me. In addition, the Hilton mattress is really comfortable, but I don't like the pillow very much. I guess I can ask the front desk to change the pillow. I was too lazy to communicate. Compared with the room price, the overall stay experience is very good. I will choose here again next time I have the chance.

It feels difficult to communicate and arrogant. Hilton in Xi'an doesn't serve like this at all. Such service lowers the brand value.

Facilities: The air conditioning in the multi-purpose hall is not ideal, it is very cold and the insulation is poor. It needs to be turned on for a few days in advance to reach a comfortable temperature. Service: The front desk lacks overall training, and there is no smile throughout the whole process 🙂, which does not reflect Hilton's service principle of "make it right". When I asked to communicate with GSM, it was hard to understand that this indifferent employee who wore his work card upside down for several consecutive days called himself GSM, which instantly made people lose the idea of ​​continuing to communicate. I want to say that we come to Hilton for the brand, not to see your face. Service: The room service is OK, and the details of the bathroom need to be paid attention to.
