It was OK to stay here 10 years ago, but it is still the same now. There is room for improvement! The facilities need to be updated!

The manager on duty was too perfunctory. After staying for two days, nothing was provided. There was no fire escape equipment in the room. There was no standing bathtub. There is a shower in the room. There is a gray mark around the bathtub. The yellow soup water is said to be hot spring water. There is no socket at the bedside. Even the phone cord is on the floor. The phone is not plugged in. The four-star brand is hanging. The decoration was all done twenty years ago. It's not like this. Don't be stubborn and renovate it quickly. I will never go there a second time. It's too embarrassing for Xi'an. It's too bad.

There are many hotels near the bell tower. I chose this one after seeing that it was a four-star hotel. 1: Let me talk about the good aspects first. The hotel service is OK, just average. The hotel's guest rooms are in another building. They don't look like four stars at all. The four-star rating was probably rated decades ago. The hotel is located in a residential area, and it feels like an old guesthouse. (It seems to be a guesthouse. I should have chosen it from the perspective of a guesthouse) The guest room environment, the hotel's water is salty, and it is said to be hot spring water. I don't quite understand this hot spring water. The most torturous problem is that the sound insulation is equivalent to no sound insulation. The sound of the conversation in the next room can be transmitted through the socket hole, and it can be heard very clearly. Secondly, the sound in the corridor can be transmitted to the room, and the sound of walking can be transmitted. Also, downstairs, I live on the 5th floor. At 8 o'clock in the morning, the hotel downstairs started to use the speakers to play activities. It was very noisy. There was no sleeping experience. I booked a standard room, and the bed was not good, it was hard and my body hurt when I slept on it. In short, my biggest feeling was that the product was not what it claimed. It was a four-star hotel, positioned as a high-end hotel, but in terms of experience, it was not even as comfortable as a hotel of this type.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with free parking. The location is excellent, and it is convenient to get to the Drum Tower on Huimin Street. The Cantonese cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is also OK. Make an appointment in advance to visit the former residence of General Yang Hucheng next to it. If you have the chance to come to Xi'an, this is the first choice.
