活了40年從來沒有住過這麼爛的酒店。我點評了200多條評價，沒這麼生氣過，這叫酒店？這就是個城中村的旅館。
臟，很臟，特別臟，不得不發飆。
1.先看房間浴巾，圖1-3，是從垃圾堆裏撈出來的抹布
麼？這能用，敢用麼。上面有洞，邊是爛的，我的媽呀！
2.再看房間桌子，圖4-6，這灰還有擦桌的痕跡，我想吐。
3.浴室窗簾臟到這種程度不清洗，圖7-8，不更換，這酒店就沒有衞生標準。
4.房間地毯這個臟的程度，東西掉地上我都不想要了，不評價了看圖吧。圖9
5.走廊裏麪清潔車扔了兩天，車裡的毛巾比抹布都爛，還給旅客用。還有那廁紙，是一毛一卷的麼？城中村旅館都不會用的好吧？圖10-14。
6.茶几那個臟，電梯那個臟，酒店一進門那個賣煙櫃，門口的保安大爺，我的天，來到了一個什麼神奇的地方。
五百多一晚的價格，再來這住的倒立洗頭！
趕緊關門別在禍害人。攜程啊攜程，這種地方你給我推，我要知道為什麼？

酒店地理位置方便，旁邊就是萬眾國際，W，中午開完會找酒店休息一會，房間裏面衞生乾淨整潔設施完善，前台服務熱情辦理速度快，酒店大堂裏面有會客區可以喝茶，咖啡，大堂有機器人可外賣直接送到房間，值得推薦！

衞生很差 準備睡覺了揭開被子一看 有幾處黃色污跡 打電話讓保潔阿姨過來重新換一下四件套 她竟然説讓我睡到沒有污跡的另一邊…在我的堅持下她才幫我重新換了床單被套 地毯也很臟 太膈應了一晚上都沒睡好

週末參加西安的親子跑步比賽，本來沒有太高的預期，甚至路上都有了住一晚然後換個酒店的打算。然後一進酒店門開始就感受到了這個酒店的熱情，保安熱情幫助的開車門拿行李，前台熱情的指引和服務，每個人都是發自內心的微笑，堪比五星酒店的服務。然後我們因為跑步所以沒有趕上早餐，結果酒店服務員直接自己早餐不吃了，給我們做了豐盛的早餐，還送了果盤。堅持這樣的服務你們一定會生意越來越興隆，下次去西安還住你們家！

上次住在這個酒店就給我留下了深刻印象，這次來西安曲江池玩，迫不及待重住這裏。
酒店就在寒窯和曲江池旁邊，位置非常優越，前台的服務人員很熱情，房間裏還送了水果和小零食，真是有心了！
