設施：房間設施簡陋，對於這個價格勉強算的過去
衞生：衞生堪憂，木地板上都是毛髮，衞生間淋浴門看起來好長時間沒清理了，上面客人用的沐浴露都在玻璃上
環境：勉強湊合，附近也沒啥吃的，就沖他是華住會旗下的才遠的入住
服務：十一點多入住的，前台也沒人，也沒個保安，停車也沒人指揮就停到門口了，次日要出去前台告知自己的停車場在地下，地上的要繳費，停車費交了六十多，前台説話也冷冷的，完全沒有服務意識，是華住旗下的才選擇入住該酒店，檔次配不上價格。
早餐簡陋，三涼三熱全是素菜，涼菜全部是預製菜，加了一個炒米飯，這個價位外網價格每人38元，不值這個價格，以後也不會入住星程酒店，淺淺嘗試了下果然踩雷。

前台的服務很周到，找不到停車場入口，專門出來指引，幾個男士前台都很有禮貌，也很專業。
房間和設施確實有年頭了，該翻新和更換設施了（比如床墊、牙刷、浴巾），不太符合品牌形象。
地下車庫的車位不是很方便，新手不建議停地庫。
整體和價格匹配，推薦！
