服務：房間座機是壞的，從外賣員打電話説放機器人開始過了二十分鐘，期間開門檢查十幾次都沒有機器人的影，過了二十幾分鍾我主動聯繫前台前台才説機器人送過了，明明猜到座機可能是壞的，不打我預留的電話聯繫我，拖拉到半小時之後才又讓機器人送到，還要求我在大冷天一直開着門檢查機器人是不是來了。
