Service: The landline in the room was broken. Twenty minutes had passed since the delivery man called to say that the robot would be sent. During this period, I opened the door to check more than ten times but there was no sign of the robot. After more than twenty minutes, I took the initiative to contact the front desk, and the front desk said that the robot had been delivered. They clearly guessed that the landline might be broken, but they did not call me at the phone number I reserved. It took half an hour before the robot was delivered again. They also asked me to keep the door open in the cold weather to check whether the robot had arrived.
