Hôtel à proximité d'une station de métro qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Les réceptionnistes, malgré leur gentillesse, ne sont d'aucune aide pour nous renseigner sur les questions pratiques ou pour nous aider dans l'organisation de nos visites (sites touristiques, déplacements, recherche d'excursions).

不愧為大酒店，房間很舒適，乾淨衞生前台服務人員熱情，床品乾淨，空調給力，就是窗户不關緊估計會有些吵，地理位置優越。

設施：房間設施簡陋，對於這個價格勉強算的過去
衞生：衞生堪憂，木地板上都是毛髮，衞生間淋浴門看起來好長時間沒清理了，上面客人用的沐浴露都在玻璃上
環境：勉強湊合，附近也沒啥吃的，就沖他是華住會旗下的才遠的入住
服務：十一點多入住的，前台也沒人，也沒個保安，停車也沒人指揮就停到門口了，次日要出去前台告知自己的停車場在地下，地上的要繳費，停車費交了六十多，前台説話也冷冷的，完全沒有服務意識，是華住旗下的才選擇入住該酒店，檔次配不上價格。
早餐簡陋，三涼三熱全是素菜，涼菜全部是預製菜，加了一個炒米飯，這個價位外網價格每人38元，不值這個價格，以後也不會入住星程酒店，淺淺嘗試了下果然踩雷。

前台的服務很周到，找不到停車場入口，專門出來指引，幾個男士前台都很有禮貌，也很專業。
房間和設施確實有年頭了，該翻新和更換設施了（比如床墊、牙刷、浴巾），不太符合品牌形象。
地下車庫的車位不是很方便，新手不建議停地庫。
整體和價格匹配，推薦！
