酒店位置絕佳，步行可達大雁塔。硬件設施一流，房間乾淨整潔，床品特別舒服。早餐品種豐富，味道很好。Amanda服務周到細緻，下次來西安還會選擇這裏。

基本很少會給滿分還有好評 第一次 因為這次出行沒有提前預訂酒店 萬眾這附近都沒有房了 然後跟男朋友定了個雙人房 後來Cindy小姐姐很貼心得幫我們升級了房型 還是個套房 很開心 還送了水果 這個沒有拍照 Cindy小姐姐服務真的很好 人美心善 很喜歡 禮賓部下車上車都幫忙開車門 我還有兩個行李箱 他們都很負責的幫我送到房間 每個員工態度都很好很有禮貌 第一次感覺到一個酒店有在用心服務 下次來西安還會再住這邊

房間設施一點都不好，水龍頭都是壞的，晚上滴答滴答的地漏漏水，聽着晚上都睡不着，馬桶很陳舊，普通馬桶不是智能的，也沒有一次性馬桶墊。小吃也很少，一小包鍋巴，一小包甜甜圈，兩瓶礦泉水。兩條一般的咖啡條。

凱悦總是不會讓人失望滴！入住前一天管家Amanda就電話聯繫我的需求，在得知帶小朋友後，更是貼心的為孩子們安排好洗漱用品。在入住期間更是處處貼心，給她大大的好評哈♥️早餐雖不是很多種，但是出處體現了西安的特色，對啦還有為我佈置生日房哈，來西安住凱悦很正確！

• 浴室：獨立浴缸太戳我了！大理石紋理的裝潢高級感拉滿，泡個澡搭配香薰，簡直是都市人的療愈時刻；衞浴用品的品質也在線，使用感很舒服。
• 休閑區：房間裏的小沙發區太適合放鬆了，配色温馨又有設計感，偶爾在這兒看看書、處理下工作，體驗感絕了。

從辦理入住到退房，全程體驗都很絲滑。工作人員態度親切，有問必答，還會主動介紹西安的景點和美食，像朋友一樣的相處感，住得特別安心。

首先服務這方面還是很不錯的，特別是Amanda，幫忙解決了很多問題，還提前聯繫準備了孩子的用品，門口的禮賓小哥們，打掃衞生的阿姨都很好，很有禮貌！
衞生情況也還行，酒店整體環境也不錯，可惜房間朝向問題也看不到什麼東西。
房間內部設施情況真的不太行，馬桶沖水按鈕每次都要按的很小心，空調設備也不太給力！
最後酒店的自助早餐還是很不錯的！好評！

凌晨自駕到店，已在訂單提前備註需要兩間相鄰房間，結果安排的房間位置極偏，將近走廊盡頭，且一進門滿是煙味，帶着孩子無奈換房。新房間雖靠近電梯，但沙發是短沙發和宣傳圖不符，第二天起來發現窗外正對停車場入口和廚房煙囱，沒有陽台，舒適度極差。溝通期間值班經理以剛入職不久不瞭解房型為由推脱，實則入職有三個多月了（我在點評看到你的名字），專業度有待提升，雖然後續非常盡心盡力搬了長沙發進行補救，但折騰了一個多小時，房間裏亂哄哄，已嚴重影響入住體驗。面對1600一晚均價，作為高端酒店品牌，房態調配與客房服務本不應出錯，建議慎重選擇。另外套餐裏的特色項目一個都未使用。
