酒店前台服務態度特別棒，很熱情，衞生很乾凈，離地鐵.機場大巴很近，出入很方便，酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，整體還是十分舒適的。

服務是真的好，沒想到西安的酒店服務這麼好。從入住到退房遇到的服務人員態度都非常和藹，還會提醒各種事項，有事情也是很快就處理了。送了水果，還有夜宵服務。老牌酒店了，設施稍顯陳舊，但整體還是乾淨衞生的。
