在這裏一共住了五個晚上，有兩個前台態度非常差，一位是7.6下午四點戴眼鏡的男前台，一位是7.10晚上十點半左右的女前台。入住時因為帶了很多行李想讓幫忙拿一部分提前寄過來的快遞，男前台身體力壯的卻不情不願，不知是否是因為我拒絕了加錢升房所以態度十分勉強😅另一位女前台更是令人生氣，外賣到前台後50分鐘還未送到門口，我打電話詢問，前台表示機器人送過但房間沒人，實際上我當時一直在房間內等待，期間沒有任何電話提醒我，門外也從沒有機器人的聲音。我提出不滿後女前**氣一直十分冷淡，沒有任何歉意，如果不是我主動打電話詢問她是否就將客人的外賣放一晚上不管了？總的來説在西安的整體體驗非常差勁，這是住過的態度最差的漢庭，如果有別的選擇請不要住這裏。
